He says that it mainly works on low percentages. Seems like once he gets some damage on him, that won't be nearly as effective.
But at high percentages most people can't combo anyways because knockback, so it's still ridiculously good.
Straight up cancelling early % tilt combos into damage back onto the person = nobody wanting to go in = me going pop pop and chucking shit all over the place. Also near 0 shieldstun = don't go in on diddy ever lol.

Ogawa's Eddie control is damn near being a religious experience. It's insane.

Why? From what I've seen, he looks better than +R Ky, at least. He has more varied and more damaging combos into KD - using Stun Dipper in particular, and he actually has legitimate corner pressure using j. D. None of that implied, sissy crap, using f. S >Fireball/Fireball - the former of which isn't even a block string at max distance.

What made you think that there was a Capcom All Stars? There was never a hint that was being done by Capcom. I've only seen it mentioned in FGW as a game people wanted to see made as an answer to wanting a vs. game without the licensing hassles (Marvel, Tatsunoko, etc.)
