I really hope the image quality of console TTT2 is better than that of T6.
540p isn't good enough for you?!
I just hope it runs in 720p like the arcade version this time.

get ready for frame drops and an angry streamer that won't admit it.
Markman, are you going to TGS this year? Will madcatz be doing anything there?
For some reason it isn't live for me?Break is live, bifu already complaining.

Chappelle references making me smile. Was watching interviews earlier today to console myself about the show's demise.
Best TV show ever.

There is not a single bad sketch on that show.I miss the fuck out of this. Made my high school years.
"RUN BITCH RUN! RUN FO' YO LIFE!"
"Oil? Who said somethin' bout oil, bitch, is we cookin'?"
"CHARLIE MURRRFFFFY"
James Chen hates Tekken. Kinda.
Also making terrible comeback mechanic comparisons, and still championing SFxTK in the gameplay department despite admitting to it having so many gameplay flaws.James Chen hates Tekken. Kinda.
"Well who got the part? ...The Wayans brothers? ...the-there's more?!"

EDIT: And putting far too much weight on "how a game looks to play." Casuals don't give a fuck about how fun something looks at the tournament level. Plenty of people on GAF found SFxTK looking fun beforehand and still do. Two casual friends of mine IRL though the game looked fun from media and still do, they ended up buying it and love it. Way too strong of a correlation he's making. How fun it looks in media =/= how fun it looks to FGC and at the tourney level.

you know i always said there's a diamond in the mountain of crap that is sfxt. i can sort of see a good game. the movements are fun to watch. the animations are excellent. the implied storyline is interesting. the character interactions and stages and movesets and everything looks top notch.
unfortunately greed on capcom and sony's side marred what could have dethroned sf4 as the current 2.5D champ.
I agree with you, but that doesn't say much really. SFxTK is just the embodiment of great ideas, bad execution in fighting games.you know i always said there's a diamond in the mountain of crap that is sfxt. i can sort of see a good game. the movements are fun to watch. the animations are excellent. the implied storyline is interesting. the character interactions and stages and movesets and everything looks top notch.

Also, lol @ him saying he doesn't get asked much for how to learn KoF and Persona. Well obviously, you mainly focus on Capcom games.James Chen thinks that Persona is way more complicated than it actually is. "Every character has a sub-system you need to learn." Wut.
EDIT: BUT I HAVE SPONSORS

Yeah those are the two picks I'm... iffy with. They're both great players but ehh.. I don't know man.Wentinel is a weird pick since he kind of said he was sick of Marvel after EVO.
His steam kind of ran out..... right before EVO. Ytwojay is okay in my back since he made it to top 8 at EVO, but lets be honest he got kind of lucky.
It's a solid pick not only because Y2J is a consistent player but because of the Wolverine factor. Wolverine start of the round gives even Viper some trouble and of course Wolverine is a solid pick against Vergil too.Ytwojay is okay in my book since he made it to top 8 at EVO, but lets be honest he got kind of lucky.
Team SoCal:
Combofiend
LXG Infrit
AGE Fanatiq
BT Clockw0rk
AGE Knives
KillerKai
949 Wentinel
YTwoJay

So Cal seems like the stronger team.
Agreed. You know, if Champ wasn't on the Norcal list this would be pretty free.
Can you explain the format?Yep... but it's not round robin so all you really need is one dude. And that's the EVO champ himself.
I'll be shocked if NorCal wins.
They do 1v1 2 out of 3, winner stays on the team but goes to the back of the line. I forgot the name of it, and James Chen just said it. D:Agreed.
Can you explain the format?
I thought it was just round robin.
