There's no reason for Sony to require an authenticator like they do with the PS4. This is the first console they have done it with.

Xiaohai wasn't tech'ing at all. Momochi should have just gone for a throw when he had a small life lead in the corner. From watching his other matches as well I feel like he's a little too stubborn about wanting to bait a throw tech and blow it up instead of just taking what his opponent is giving him.
