she is hitting more buttons for sure, but there are way too many easy setups and frame traps for how wide her toolset is
You actually have to work for it, most online Ibukis suck and can't even do half the things the pros do, while Balrog he is dangerous even if your opponent is mashing buttons.
Dumb people ain't winning with Balrog either. There's a reason why we haven't seen many Balrogs making Top 8.
That's not the point, Balrog is easy to use and be succesful, be it winning against your cousin or againist pro players, even if you don't make top 8. Ibuki is very hard to use to a point where you can actually win games against good players.

You missing the point, Ibuki is very technical character and requires practice, Balrog players can do the trails and win matches online...

I find this recent discussion silly anyways, since ultimately they're both top tiers. Play to win.
for sure, all I really mean here is that both these characters need slapped pretty hard, and I hope it doesn't happen where only one of them does and not the other
I don't know if I want them to get overly nerfed as much as maybe tone down a few things here and there (damage reduction for Balrog) and a more robust defensive mechanic in this game. Oh, and of course help out characters like Juri and Alex. Ultimately, I find the scumbag V trigger comeback characters like Rog, Laura, Ibuki, etc. to be fun. Cammy would be example of an "honest" top tier, and just find her overall gameplay dry and boring.
