So comparing her to known bootlegs, they seem to have similar defects.
The runes seem to both be placed incorrectly in similar ways.
On my Snow Miku, the runes aren't perfect, but the differences are minor in comparison to yours.
I also noticed that on mine, where the runes are above the hem of the shirt, they have a little bit of a different design.
I got the blurays so its not necessary for me but Im really glad others can finally experience this show the way it was meant to be!
That looks like a bootleg. I dont know how they sold you a bootleg but if I were you Id raise hell about it. The paint quality is not that bad anywhere and it looks paler and overall more rough than the nendo Im looking at here.

Sorry to hear about the potential bootleg, phoenix. Snow Miku is a great figure, and all three of mine have turned out great (all bought from GSC). At first I thought it could have been some QC issues, since I've noticed some of my newer nendos coming with looser joints/cheaper feeling parts, but after seeing your pictures, it really doesn't look like something official. =/ Definitely check with N-Y about it, and if they claim it's legit, contact GSC.
I've been happy and actually a little overwhelmed about all the new CCS stuff. Not only the figures/media releases, but other companies are actually making other merchandise too (Ensky has put a bunch stuff up for preorder lately). If you haven't watched the series yet, and you have a decent tolerance for magical girl shenanigans, definitely do so. I've been going through a rewatch since getting my blurays, and I find the series still holds up really well, even after all these years. I'm probably seriously biased, but its characters are still some of the best-written in an anime series that I've seen. Some of the visuals are beautiful, though it kind of depends on the episode/director because it can be a little inconsistent, and they definitely get "CLAMP syndrome" from time to time. Sometimes it's a little episodic, monster-of-the-week type thing, but there's always plenty of character development to be seen. Season 2, though pretty short, has some of the best writing/character development of the series, and I consider it a high point. Sad thing is, it takes 35 episodes to get there, but it's not like it's bad up until that point.

I was talking to caj and I realized that the way it was taped was a dead giveaway that it was a bootleg. There was this thick tape surrounding the whole clamshell protecting the figure rather than the small pieces holding it in place on the sides like every other nendoroid I have. After peeling all the tape off the outer layer of the clamshell is really sticky. I didn't think to take pictures of it while I was unwrapping because this is a special nendo but in retrospective I should have.
There is not a single solitary doubt in my mind this is a bootleg that was somehow sent to you. I would bet money on it even.
The other DEAD giveaway is the head pieces use the older peg part that GSC has since redesigned, and they are in a different order in the box.
The more I look at those pictures the more wrong things I see. He has an absolutely foolproof case that this is not the real thing. they better replace it.
Me, too. It's not the first time Nippon-Yasan has done this either, though I'm not sure of the other situation's resolution. Either way, Phoenix, open up a ticket, but if you're not getting a response then go thermonuclear war and start posting on all public channels - their Facebook, their Twitter, on MyFigureCollection, etc. Force their hand to fix this mistake, if need be.

Thats really shady and disappointing if NY makes a habit of this.
Gives me second thoughts to ordering anything in the future there.

Thanks for all of your support everyone. I was so excited to get it in the mail today and my heart just sank when I started to realize this could possibly be a bootleg.
I've already put in a ticket with NY and their live chat customer support opens in a few hours. Once it does, I'm definitely going to give them a piece of my mind.

I hate the fact that I have pre-orders with them at all, but it's too late to switch all of my pre-orders for the Seven Deadly Sins. Can't find them anymore for less than $200. If they fuck up my orders and I have to go into the second-hand market for them I will be so fucking angry - along with being out nearly a $1,000.
Please let us know how it goes! If they at least make it right without much of a fight it might save what little respect for them I have left.

Yeah, after I posted that I compared the picture above to the one he received, and it definitely seems that way. Kind of shocking, really.
This worries me, as I have a few orders with N-Y still. Thankfully the main-line Seven Deadly Sins I used BIJ, but I still have Bunny Asmodeus with N-Y, as well as Shimakaze [who I already paid for], Swimsuit Sansei Muramasa, and Noel [BlazBlue] with them. :/
Its pretty amazing how advanced bootlegging has gotten now to the point where they will even make the book stand and the special box design just to fool people.

N-Y is supposed to be a legitimate site. The fact that they're [supposedly] selling bootlegs makes me debate whether I should just cancel/cut all ties with them and seek business elsewhere. Even if I don't personally get a bootleg, the idea that they are possibly sending them out to other people [either knowingly or unknowingly] bothers me. Bootleggers are poisoning this industry. ~_~
I'll definitely think twice before placing a pre-order with them again [depending on the outcome of this situation]. For any exclusive, I'll use BIJ and just pay up-front if I need to.

Live support just keeps reiterating they received it from goodsmile. I've given them pictures, I told them I've talking to other owners and we believe it's a fake. I don't know what else to do. T_T

Because they are trying to cover up a lie. a stand-up company does not argue like that when it is very obvious. Some of the parts arent even the right ones!
You could try contacting GSC and asking their opinion. They should be able to tell the legitimacy of their own product very easily and tell whether it's a bootleg or not.
As for whether they would send you a replacement or not, I cannot say. I will say, however, that they have amazing customer support, so I wouldn't put it past them. They've been very generous to people in the past who have asked for replacement items for figures they purchased.
In either case, I wish you luck. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'll definitely be a lot more wary of N-Y after this.

The most telling thing above all else is the faceplates.
This is so unexpected from NY. I am seriously pissed off.
Would you like me to try to get a hold of Mami-tan (she's GSC's International PR rep and very easy to get a hold of)? We could contact her, and try to get official GSC confirmation of its bootleg status, and then go from there.

It can definitely work in its advantage, for sure, especially with items being delayed.
For example, September would have destroyed me, had I not already pre-paid for my Mammon/Belphegor pre-orders at BIJ. Now I just have to worry about my AmiAmi pre-order(s), in addition to my Red Nendoroid.
Would you mind if I made a PSA on reddit about this? It's guaranteed to at least catch Mami-tan's attention and get some GSC response.

Collectors are super-serious about bootlegs, and rightfully so. They've made a huge mistake.

this isn't the first time NY has sold bootleg tbh (reportedly). Its the reason why I don't shop anything outside exclusives.

We'll just try to blow this up as much as possible. Only thing you can hope for is that they realize what they are doing.
I'd get my exclusives and just stop doing business with them afterwards.
