I'll be ready to share my Fry as well but she doesn't have her tm done yet. Sitting at 60%. Wonder how quick I can get 40% done lol. She sits at 740 mag with DW and 8xx without.

Yes. I think I will pass. I haven't spent any money on this game other than the launch bundle. I think I'd rather buy a full price game then use it to potentially get a unit that will be outclassed as time goes on.

2 DPS and then work on a bunch of HP related TMs, will probably get you the best bang for your buck until you catch up. Survival is the name of the game in almost all of the harder fights.
We have some really solid lower rarity HP TMs now like Hill Digger, Rasler's stuff, the free Palypipmo or w/e ones from the last FFXIV raid, etc. They're all good long term investments and have supplemental stats opposed to just HP+30% from Amarant (which is still good).

Yep, in the video I linked before, you need 11k HP, 850 DEF and 54% damage mitigation.
Maybe with some luck and Rikku's 30% mitigation, but basing a few hours fight on that will lead to headaches x)

30% mitigation is enough for the big attack but the tank will die to the main body afterward.

I'm actually getting the beating of my life in the Gilgamesh trial... probably because I lack those hp+% materias. I only have 10 and 15% ones.

Are you following one of the guides to beat Gilgamesh? There are very, very specific means to beat him, and if you are just trying to wing it even the best units will get destroyed by that trial.
I won't repeat myself how important SPR will be, might as well just grab the popcorn lmao.

One thing that I'm quite curious is the fact that over the last... 2 to 3 weeks, my team as a whole changed almost entirely.
Wol, Tilith, Rikku, Eileen and Olive are my brand new team. So, I haven't tried the Gilgamesh trial with them! I'm hoping for an improvement on things, haha!

After glancing again at Tidus' enhancements I was salivating and then felt great despair when I realized what the total cost in gil will be.....I knew it was supposed to be expensive but wtf? Especially when you want plus 2 on all his upgrades...That's not even factoring in WoL's ;_; I remember Shouta saying they have events that earn you tons of gil but we aren't seeing that yet. Hopefully it will soon to start racking up. Bless macro farming, only reason I have much gil in the first place haha It's going to be so bizarre going from gil is whatever, I'm rich bitch to upgrading one unit and being broke. I don't want that M.C. Hammer life.
You guys have fun with the robot, considering I haven't even beat Echidna and Ultros yet, don't care about him anytime soon. The question is, can I finally beat these two trials now that I have Tidus, Rikku, and WoL at 6*? Wish all my TMs for Tidus were done...At least Dark Knight's Soul is close, thanks to moogles. That will be a nice boost along with the cowl.

.Damn I've got Vaan two days in a row for the daily pull, quite annoying. Nothing exciting going on for me to share, just usual Raid/Event stuff although I'm really enjoying having Expeditions and the rewards it brings.
I am starting to get nervous about the Robot Trial though :/ could this be the first Trial I hit a roadblock on...hopefully not, but we will see.

What the heck? They sell for that much??? I don't think I looked into how much a raid stack sells for. What does the current one rate at? 500k? Probably not quite that much ha This raid is supposed to have poor rewards even after the enhancement, right? Could start that process now if so
Oh snap! I forgot that you get a solid GS for clearing the Aurora Key vault...I should use a guide to get that sucker to pair it with GS Mastery and that way I won't have to wait until STQ mastery completes. Yeah, definitely should make this a priority. I need to unlock the black key vault while at it.

I am at 50 million Gil at the moment, it is so easy to earn. I thought explorations would start to make a big dent in it, but I have actually still gained even though I do them as often as they pop up. I will probably have about 1.1-1.2 million raid coins by the end of it also that I could sell for another 11-12 million if I really want to. Use your FP summons and sell them when you hit the cap. I at least once every other day summon 10k worth of FP units and then sell them. I will couple that with some pooptaurs I pull from the raid summon to get even more for them. A stack of raid coins 99,999 sells for 999,990 gil.

It's good to hear there's a way to make serious money. I don't recall exactly what I have but I want to see it's only a few mil or so. I used to do the FP summon thing in earlier days, give them the tiny cactuars to max them out at their respective starting star and sell them but hadn't bothered ever since TM farm mat selling sky rocketed my gil from when it was a struggle to gigantuar a unit haha Humble beginnings. Anyway, I'll from now on analyze how valuable the raid summon contents are and sell what I don't need. Thanks for the tip, guys!

I pretty much only use my (regular) tickets for 4*s so it was worth it for me as I won't be pulling this week and I really wanted her for some team ideas I have. I still have 53 tickets left (+ 1 4*) though so hopefully should be able to pick up 9S.
I use my lapis when I'm pursuing 5*s, but I don't really like 2Bs moveset in this game. And the theory is A2 will be in the raid gacha so if that's true my 45k lapis is safe for now.
I need more Ignus!

9S' own mitigation is 30%. HIs TM mitigation is 40% Physical damage only.
So he has the same mitigation as Rikku. However, the Physical mitigation stacks with the general one.
Wow, that is insane physical damage mitigation.
9s's limit break only cost about 16 crystals! I can do the same setup like my Rikku and give him 3 jacks, and one Kelsus's TM. Rikku and 9s together are unbeatable! I didn't want to pull for the Nier banner but 9s is to hard to pass up... but the rates are going to be Brave Frontier shitty, and I don't really want a Tillth 2.0 debacle.

It's how I was able to beat Aranea in JP without cheesing her with an evade unit. I stacked both an all-purpose mitigation with the physical one. WOL was taking super low damage when both were up, lol.

Hm, so have Rikku wear 9S's TM and repeat Mix->HyperNullAll->P-Shield->LB until you win?
Actually nm there are some pretty critical gaps in that series. The Mix step will never have damage mitigation, the first cycle doesn't have reraise up until turn 4 and then it will be off on every P-Shield turn. Seems like you can't have Rikku do it all for you, even if it's fun to consider turning someone into the support god with Rikku and 9S's TMs.
kinda wish i'd have cut out the aileen and just said look what my buddy is bringing into the robot trial and see who'd have flipped
This is how I would use this combo...
9s wear his own TM or somebody else. I know that 9s has his own but the extra 10 percent helps and you just want Rikku and 9s to do their thing.
This is with 3 jacks TMs and Kelsus's TM
1st turn: Rikku - Mix and 9s - 40% damage mitigation
2nd: Rikku - HyperNull and 9s - 40%
3rd Turn - Cast LB for both
4 turn - Rikku Mix and 9s - 40% damage mitigation
5 turn - LB
You can pretty much repeat that.

I need to use Support Cryst for Refia. Yesterday we were discussing in Discord about Refia enhancements. They are quite expensive, but there is possibility that Gumi will nerf them down.
Anyways Refia will have one nice enhancement that is worth to grab unless you have better healer.

1x T5 Support cryst
With that + Soluna Ring Refia gets 10% MP refresh per turn and some status immunitites. Dont bother with the other enhancements, Full Life MP cost down is awful expensive 6x T4 & 3x T5.
This will get me more time to use Refia who sadly is mediocre at its best (even with almost full tm geared). Ayaka (heh 5*) cant come soon enough.
Its time to let Refia to be benched. Gumi could bring new 4* healer that is Refia on steroids.
