Amazon put up digital sales just a couple of days ago, but took them down again. No word on when SE will open up digital sales again.
They added one world for each region: Famrit = NA, Lich = EU, Pandemonium = JP

After an hour of playing I get slapped with a 3102 error. Hopefully my character will log out soon.

Ugh. I have to start over. Unless I can move my character? Thankfully he is only level 6, but still. I somehow didn't make a character on Ultros than I thought. It actually got made on Titan, a JP server. No wonder I thought the framerate was bad in some places. This sucks.

What exactly is this 1gb update I'm downloading? Are they adding some new content? That seems rather large for just some server changes.
Also, with how they have changed the duty finder server grouping, does that mean it will take even more time to find groups? Before, ALL NA/EU people were in one group, correct? Now, it's split into several? Hmm.

You log out or get 90000k and you can't log back in because "you are still logged into the game".
It stopped people from logging into their characters for more than 2 days back in Phase 4.
It's the "still logged in" error that happens whenever you get disconnected without logging out cleanly. In Phase 4 it happened to people randomly and prevented them from logging on for days. Normally it resets the character after ten minutes.

Can you move a character to a different server? Or do I have to start over on that server?
It is similar to many mmos when you get kicked and your character is still logged in. It takes 10-15 minutes so just wait it out (before the fix they had to manually do it for every character back in beta).
I logged out 90 mins ago and can't log in yet.

3102 isn't a death sentence anymore. Just give the server like 5 minutes to log you out.
Well I l shut the game off due to getting more GPU memory related artifacts ( I swear the card is running at 55c stable too) and spent the next 30 minutes running furmark to find out what I was just talking about.
Now I try to log back in after reconfiguring my power consumption and I'm shit out of luck.

Can the cat people start in a different city than the port/boat town? Don't want to do that again.
They said that the patch note will be released later today

I think it's based on class not race
starting town is based on your starting class, so pick a different starting class.

Know that feel, was having 28% packet loss for most of last week intermittently.
They said they "fixed" it, even gave me a new modem for free, but I still am having random drops. Nowhere near as bad as it used to be.
They did. In beta, 3102 meant you couldn't get back on for hours/days until they did some manual backend resets on your character's login state. Now, if you get 3102 you just need to wait for a few minutes for your connection to completely time out server-side.

Where you start is based on class, not race.
Or like, 90 minutes and still not logged out.
edit: hahaha, 1 minute later and I am in. Logged out 12.08pm, took 94 mins to 'log out'.

Got into Seargantas with my first try, no errors or anything.
Pretty much every online game has a similar error to this too. For WoW it's "Character Already Exists," and RIFT and Tera had their own spin on it. People just won't let go of stuff that happened in beta for some reason.

They fixed my service account registration in 2.5 days, with no response. I just checked randomly on Sunday and it was fixed. I didn't even get a ticket confirmation email or anything. Good luck.
MRD/WAR and ARC/SMN/SCH start in Limsa Lominsa.
PUG/MNK, THM/BLM and GLD/PLD start in Ul'dah.
CNJ/WHM, ARC/BRD and LNC/DRG start in Gridania.

If you are PS3 NA user, gonna be a long while for the registration error fix it seems, from way customer support is talking. Possibly 2 weeks, poopy.
Don't want to use my wrong account, and start over, just to have it fixed surprisingly, and lose my stuff again, so all can do is wait.
Nice that some stuff was fixed though, to make it a bit better server wise.

Anywhere between 10 minutes to 2 hours in my case, though I'm not sure how often they're going to be lifting the restrction today.
Reading this I connected to my PC through TeamViewer (at work, lolz. Perks of a lead programmer I guess bwahaha) and logged into Ultros. Without a single issue. At all. 
! Now I am debating if I should be an ass and stay AFK or if I should log out. If they didn't fix a shit... well, let's say I really want to play tonight since I have some free time thanks to not going to the gym.
