There are TONS of multiplayer games. And Remedy is not know for that, they are know for single player games with incredible stories which is the total opposite of this. Why the negativity here? People here don't like multiplayer?
Do you think this captures the tone of Control? Why the negativity here? People here don't like multiplayer?
There are also TONS of singleplayer games. And so? They can't take risks? Maybe they could add those incredible stories to a co op experience, a bit like Left 4 Dead. There are TONS of multiplayer games. Rarely. Single player games get more recognition on average here.People here don't like multiplayer?
They absolutely can take risk, just don't blame the fans after it bombs. Better option would have been to include this with Control 2 to test the water with multiplayer and include the community in what can and can't work in that universe. There are also TONS of singleplayer games. Meanwhile: GotY candidate Alan Wake 2 has yet to become profitable. There is absolutely nothing unique about that. I couldn't tell you the difference between that any any other of the these types of games.
Guess we still have a few more megaflops to go before these work out of the system.
I wouldn't be 100% sure about that just yet. Looks like you're basically an enemy grunt in Control doing PvE in teams of 3. I'd expect lots of weird gravity shit. Some moments with cool lighting. The more I think about it, the more the concept grows on me.There is absolutely nothing unique about that.

I know you're the king of bad takes and you're only looking for money, but thank goodness Remedy is smarter and knows it will pay off in the long run (just like it did with Control).Meanwhile: GotY candidate Alan Wake 2 has yet to become profitable.
What about this is a hero shooter in any form?Another cookie cutter hero shooter game.
SCP/Backrooms vibe is what they should have gone with, but the brain-rot trailer with that music? Not selling it.Feels like they missed a beat not making this a co-op X-files style game, 3 people in suits and tie are sent off to procedurally generated altered world events, basically a plethora of SCP like things with like an investigation phase, a capture phase and an extraction phase. Each time with different modifiers to change up the gameplay, think of like a destiny nightfall or raid.
