As I understand it, the newly implemented UI is based on a study Mozilla ran many years ago, from which point Chrome came along and adopted some devs and the look/design.

Any source for this? (Just curious.)

Just be thankful they haven't hidden the URL, like Chrome is introducing in it's dev builds.
Soon in a browser near you.
Quite a polarizing change. Some for it some against it, mainly focused around phishing but also convenience (the full URL is accessible by clicking the domain).
Userscripts has been kind of shit for years anyway.
Try greasyfork.org it doesn't have nearly as many scripts but they actually moderate their scripts.
changing my dad's main browser to Firefox..
but his company webmail (atmail) doesn't load on it >< argh
Try using something like IE Tab for it.
So apparently Mozilla finally tapped into Windows 8's emojicon layer, for the newest version of Nightly.
I was working on my Quick Quote, Reply, and Edit script, and noticed that all the Emoji, which used to be basic, were now in full color. 🐉
OSX has been displaying Emoji for years.Wonder how these font pictographs appear on OSX and Linux.
wtf did firefox do to their sync service?
I reformated my pc and trying to sync this shit and it doesn't seem to work.
I logged into my laptop and set it to upload the settings on that to the sync cloud and my desktop still doesn't sync. WTF?
Please reply.
I've been using Cyberfox for the same reason for over a year now. It's ok.I wanted a 64-bit version of Firefox so I started using PCX Firefox. It doesn't have an installer so you just have to put it in a directory and start using it. It seems excellent to me so far.
Anyone else using it?

I've use Nightly on and off, but it's not really that great because . . . it's a test version.I've also seen people mention they're using x64 Nightly builds but looking through the Mozilla FTP server I can't find any x64 Windows builds?

Since updating to 30 pages are randomly hanging, is anyone else having this problem?
I'm a fan of the new right click menu incoming.
Anyway, since the upgrade I'm having problems specifically with GAF. None of the drop down menus/features work. For example, if I press 'search', I go straight to the advanced search page instead of getting the drop-down menu; clicking user names goes straight to their profiles; things like that. Also, none of the formatting or other buttons for replying to threads work (e.g. if I press the "bold" icon or press Ctrl-B while the text parser is in the box, the browser loads bookmarks instead of adding tags).
Restarted FF w/ add-ons disabled, but the problem persists.
I think NeoGAF uses vBulletin, and I'm not sure how much this helps but on other forums using vBulletin I don't have these issues. Can't seem to figure out what the root of the problem is. :/
Did you install NoScript and lose its whitelistings that you've made?
If so, just allow NeoGAF.
