I love Firefox, but it's giving me problems. I've got everything totally updated, yet the sucker still has some major memory leak somehwere. Having two windows open takes up over 200mb of memory.

Also, Firefox will crash on me several times a day. This didn't really happen in the past, so I'm not quite sure what's going on. Could this be the fault of a poorly-written extension?

For that matter, I'm on IE right now, and it's wierd that some people's avatars are "slowed down", like half the framerate they are in Firefox.

I have the same problem. All I did was download it, run it, and watch my system lag. no extensions or anyhting, just straight-up firefox. downloaded the latest version, same thing.

depends, what extensions are you using, which version of firefox are you using, and what websites are you visiting?
