Just did my first ever post bulk pics (not my first ever bulk, but I really hated how I looked in my previous bulks).

Still a looooooong way to go.

First - before this thread ends I just want to thank everyone in here for welcoming me last year and for all the support everyone has given me and others. Best group of peeps by far. Really inspiring work from everyone here and that helps me, and I'm sure others, out so much.

Second - I'll try to find an absolute first, last year and current year pics. I don't take pics much so yeah. Just nobody laugh XD

Third - I want my house back in order. Pulled 11 on the clock today, my GIT failed to post last night, I'm finishing tearing up the upstairs for tomorrow's install and I'm running low on Joe. I need a fucking shower, too. I smell like a cave dweller. Halp.

by the way, is that the body of a 29% Bodyfat???? that stupid machine of that "nutitionist" I went to in Mexico told me that. I don't remember but I am probably pulling in my gut in this pic but regardless....I don't see a 30% BF here, I am sorry.

Right now I am 2 kgs (5 pounds) heavier than in December,

I have no idea what happened.

Yep, I'm really thankful for this thread and everyone in it. Can't remember when I exactly discovered it, but it felt inclusive almost immediately. My health and fitness knowledge has grown so much here, even though I still have tons to learn.

I've said it plenty of times in this thread alone, but I love you all. This is the only community on GAF, in my nearly 12 years here, that I feel a part of. You all keep me going, through the good and bad days. I've been overcoming some rough patches the past year or so, which of I'm spoken to a couple of you about. You all have helped so much.

The good attitudes, supportive community, impressive knowledge and progress all add up to a great group of people to be around.

Me and my mammoth quads plan to be around for OT9 and beyond.

Echoing the statements here. It's an amazing community with an incredibly supportive community and everyone takes interest in each other. This place is legit one of the only reasons I hang around gaf.

I might post before and after power clean vids. I'd better hurry as I don't want them in the OP. Just hit 170lbs (PR) at ~180.

Those don't look like maxes to me Brolic. I'm almost positive you had substantially more on all three lifts. Nonetheless, extremely impressive as always.

Holy hell those terrify me lol. Nicely done! Occasionally I try one at 135 for kicks, but it's sloppy and I usually dont bend my legs much. Part of me wants to learn it though!

Thanks! For me, giving power cleans and accessories its own day at the gym made a big difference in terms of progression. They have never felt dangerous to me.
 
stupid question

for those who foam roll, how do you know the "hurts so good feeling" is just you foam rolling your nerves?

the glutes, for example, how do you know that sensation is mostly due to you putting a ton of pressure on your sciatic nerve?
