I honestly think you're giving them too much credit. They've been that bad. Their only attacking plan is crossing the ball, so utterly predictable.

I know it sounds stupid, but if you cross the ball in enough times, with enough players in the box, it'll go in eventually. Fulham won't score again barring something truly incredible, and there's always the potential for a bit of Van Persie/Rooney/Mata magic. Or Young could curl one in at any time.

A draw is a slight possibility, really can't see Man Utd failing to score though. Its just incomprehensible to have that much of the ball, pinning them that far back, with players of this calibre, and failing to score over 90 minutes

Not a great performance by us. Everton weren't that good either although they might have got something if Martinez had played a proper striker. Defoe sub was stupid but it's obvious why he did it. He got a great send off at the end. Tim needs to to stop playing Bentaleb so much. He can play but a lot of the time the game just passes him by. He doesn't demand the ball like Tom Carroll does. He should have brough him back if he wants to make a point, and sent Bentaleb on loan.

We bought Carroll and Downing and did nothing but cross the ball because of some stat metric that said crosses were much more likely to lead to goals. We usually lost 0-1. The crosses only work as part of a mixed attack plan, with a tallish striker. If the opposition expect it, it's incredibly hard to score from them.
