This is going to sound mad, but I actually don't think we need another winger.

Rodgers seems to only really use one traditional wide player in his front 3, the other 2 positions are strikers (think AVB at Porto). We already have Downing, Assaidi and Sterling for that spot. As shite as Downing is sometimes, I can't really see Adam Johnson adding a great deal.

I'd much prefer another striker. Carroll, Suarez and Borini isn't enough.
