Boring match so far, between Portugal and Switzerland. We have more ball but can't make proper chances, th Swiss mostly just try to counter with little to no result :S

Yeah they need to win by a 7-goal margin. Although because France probably will win, Sweden or Holland will have to go through the playoffs.

We lost it against Bulgaria. If we had won that, which probably would've happened under Advocaat, that 8-0 wouldn't matter at all.

Another expensive joke is the denial of a legit goal in our very first game against Sweden, that was the winner in the dying seconds. Sadly no video ref.

But all that shit wouldn't have mattered if we didn't fuck up against the weaker teams. Bulgaria was one match too many under Danny Blind.

He finally figured out that we need Blind at 6. He is our only midfielder that can distribute the ball well.

Remember United bought him after a season at 6 with Ajax.

Also you gotta feel for Switzerland... Also if that was Robben's final international, at least he went out on a relative high.

See you in Russia bois! French team was uninspired and we'll have to do much much better if we want to have a chance next year. We have so much talent and yet we're so far away from our true potential. Save us Mbappé!

Portugal played like crap in their first game against the Swiss; they turned it around on the final match.

It's only Portugal's 7th participation in a World Cup (for example, Switzerland and Sweeden, both going to the play-offs have 10 and 11 respectively), so despite being "expected" (mostly due to the recent past and the group itself) it still feels amazing man :)
