Tuchel seems good but tactically naive in the European stage, esp with what he did with Dortmund imo. He also tends to fight with management a ton lol, which I can see issues happening in the future.

He is Italian, but has no idea how defence is working in a possession system. That is what Guardiola, Zidane and Tuchel did great with their teams.
