Nope.

Once
The coach moves to that dump school it turns to crap

But that's Season 4 not 3.

I thought season 4 and 5 were awesome, I can understand your position if you followed FNL for the team / players but season 4 and 5 had some of the best coach Taylor moments. Only thing I didnt like was what happened to him at the end of the series.

We should be flooding Jojo with enticing messages, high-class escorts and rolexes every fucking day. If he definitely wants to stay in Italy, we may have a shot. Probably the only high profile striker we can realistically get to, unless the usual suspects decide to bury him and Fiorentina in gold.

PSG & Chelsea?

The more I hear of Remy the more I want to back out.

He hasn't been very good since his injury and he has a heart issue which means a lengthy medical...

Suarez is moving out wide then huh.

Hmm.

Wonder if he will score as many goals.

It seems to have been done in consultation with Suarez. I get the impression he prefers a freer role and doesn't necessarily have to be in the box all the time. I'd image he will score fewer goals, but get a lot more assists.

Looks more like a cross between Sean Penn and Vincent Cassel

This.

That guy is in Deadwood btw; brilliant, brilliant show.

And yeah, I'm the same Viva with TV shows. My favourite TV show that I've seen is The Wire, but I'd be fucked if I can remember the episodes and what season. I can remember the story lines and what seasons they occur in though :p

"Sunderland
In January 2013 he signed for Premier League side Sunderland AFC and will no doubt surpass Nyron Nosworthy in cult status. He lists Barry Venison and Gareth Hall amongst his heroes after admitting his lifelong passion for "The Black Cats." In an interview with Turkish media, N'Diaye stated he "can't wait" to form a successful midfield partnership with Swedish international Sebastian Larsson. Playing for Sunderland runs in the N'Diaye family he is the bastard son of Steve Agnew. N'Diaye is already getting used to the Sunderland culture, he was last spotted outside of Clems with a bag of cheesy chips and a can of blue pop."

I have no idea who Alfred N'Diaye is, like.

However he is called Alfred so I like him regardless of his footballing ability.

Apparently Villa will have to pay Sunderland £7m if Bent starts another game. Has this been discussed?

Surely off-putting for clubs who put appearance based clauses in their transfer contracts.

Are there any good crime dramas where an entire series/season is based on one murder/crime?

Don't laugh, but, the first season of Desperate Housewives.

Mou has a bad memory, eto'o played that game and balo was booked at the 20th minute and sent off at the 60th.

Milan have still the highest wage bill in Serie A and they could not be in UCL next year, don't think that they can afford him.
Same for us
Lampard to Lazio? :lol Get real, it's Lotito we're talking about.

Lazio has built and incredibly talented squad that's going to get Champions League money. Lampard is old and slow, but Serie A doesn't put that high of a premium on speedy midfielders (see also Andrea Pirlo).

€2,5m a year for an injury prone, 33 years old GK like Julio Cesar?

You can only do this shit on FM, how can you buy promising young players without money?
If you're lucky you'll get 2 good players from the Primavera every 2-3 years(and their youth teams were pretty bad lately), all the others are low serie B/Lega Pro crap players.

No, you can do it in real life. Udinese does it every single year. You, of course, need to keep some of your veterans but a team like Napoli rose to where they are from playing youth and building on past successes. Granted, now they're in the shit because De Laurentiis would prefer to be moral victors than actual victors.

Giuseppe Rossi is on the verge of joining Fiorentina.

WHAT?

Rossi's agent on twitter "Many are asking me about Rossi to Fiorentina? Can only say he'd happily play there. Working progress..."

Their team is fantastic.

door open for Juvetic to Juve in the summer?

The thing that gets me about Rossi is that if he came to Juve like he was supposed to before his injury then he would've been much better off. He must regret not taking the offer when it was put on the table. But him going to Fiorentina definitely does put Jovetic back on the table. We'll get the screws put to us if we do buy him though. At least €20m.
DO IT MARRY!

NEXT YEAR (hopefully)
GK: Buffon, Storari, Rubinho, Branescu
DEF: Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Ogbonna, Caceres, Lichtsteiner, De Ceglie, Kolarov, Peluso (i.e. don't take up option)
MID: Marchisio, Vidal, Pirlo, Asamoah, Giaccherini, Marrone, Pogba, Pepe, Padoin, Armero
ATT: Vucinic, Giovinco, Jovetic, Quagliarella, Llorente, Immobile

Ideally we can get Veratti but I doubt it.

There's a distinct possibility neither will happen. We've been burned before. Repeatedly. Badly.

I see what you did there, you oil-covered bastard. You're making a move for Jojo in the summer, aren't you? :/
Jovetic to PSG! JoJo, Ibra, and Lavezzi upfront! That strike force would be pure awesome! Then you have Pastore/Lucas, Verratti/Chantome, and Matuidi in the midfield! Hnnnnnnnnnnggggggg!

Lost was exactly like the x-files.

Amazing buildup for 3 seasons followed by 3 seasons of shite.

At least Lost had the decency to finish up after 6 seasons. X-files limped along to its ninth season before being put out of its misery.

Should have mentioned that The Killing doesn't count because I'm a philistine and can't handle subtitles

Could footy-gaf get together and dub it?
I thought Forbrydelsen was great but my dad deleted the last two episodes off the sky box and I don't know how it ends. Need to pick up a box set now.

Twin Peaks is based around the killing of Laura Palmer and the subsequent murder investigation.

Of course there are supernatural elements in it too.

You going on my shitlist.

I hate you.

Nothing wrong with subtitles you knobhead.

I've just always had 2 problems with subtitles

1. I can't focus on the events and the dialogue at the same time when subtitled
2. When English dialogue is subtitled, I feel that it loses something as I read the line way before the actual film catches up to that point, which spoils the flow of any revealing piece of dialogue

Doesn't Twin Peaks fall apart well before it ends ala X-Files?

Yurt

OH that's what I thought too!

I like this! Don't get me excited :(

I don't see Quag staying if we bring two more strikers to be honest.

Love the whole 'Suarez out wide' angle from the media and others, think people will be in for a shock if that's what they're expecting. If anything, the signing of Sturridge makes Suarez even more fluid. Our wing backs are our wide players, hence the amount of times we've been caught with our pants down during the first half of the season, as the team acclimatises to their new roles.
