Ramires doesn't suit this Chelsea system at all. They should have one deep lying playmaker and one steely defensive mid, ala how Benitez used Alonso and Mascherano. A box-to-box mid is just completely redundant unless he's playing well on the wing, and Ramires doesn't seem to have that flexibility.
