Pogba has been much better at United when he's given a more free form attacking role. It's why it's so important for them to sign a good defensive midfielder that would give Pogba the opportunities to get forward. For a bunch of reasons it really is the most important position for them to sort out.

It is sad really I also wanted him to retire here. It is his last contract basically and understandably he wanted it to be the best contract possible but the club is suffering the effects of COVID like everyone else, it is bad luck for Ramos that COVID crisis happened when he had to do his last contract but this is life so he should have chosen one of the two options offered to him and neither is a bad offer to be frank both are good all things considered but instead he (and his agent) threw a fit and tried to strong arm the club into the contract they wanted as if COVID never happened. The club wanting to buy players is not an excuse either, in order to stay as a top club we have to buy players and they will cost money (in fact others will try to fleece us too) so we don't have a choice, we did not buy players we need for two consecutive years already and we can't afford to not buy players any longer. Ramos is a club legend regardless of this but I wish he did not go about this matter the way he did and just accepted the fair options the club offered to him during this crisis.

Who do you support? both national team and club
It depend wildly on what circumstances he played under in England and what circumstances he played under in France and what circumstances he will play under in Spain. Also if he is the type of player that progress his game over time or regress or just stall all the way. Managers and the environment he play in (along side his personality) matter a lot when a player is bouncing between top leagues more than which of the top leagues he is playing in. Unless he just simply can't coup with one aspect of the game like fast past games or ultra defensive games..etc then those type of games are just his weakness. We will see how it goes but Barcelona should try to make their players as comfortable as possible on the pitch with the flow of play in hope to maximize the results.
