I cry about SonyGaf from my chair in Redmond, WA
For real?All of them.
Which game modes are there besides BR and tr, and are they permanent?

I'm not seeing why you'd think this is a children's game. Tons of games don't have blood and hookers roaming.
Oh fuck me I didn't leave my Epic shit open so now if I wanna play I have to download it first.
Guess it doesn't take that long.
I just used to camp until I was 1v1 and then I'd either pick off the survivor of the final fight before he could use a chug jug or if they saw me and built I would make sure I had a gas grenade to throw at the structure. 99% of the time they'd burst out weakened by the grenade and I'd just finish them with an AR. Must of racked up over 30 wins in solo just by using that noob tactic.I'm pretty decent when it comes to the actual fighting/shooting aspect, but totally fall apart when it comes to building out vs other players. I just accept it and enjoy the game for what i am good at. Also playing with my kids and helping them get victory royales is a great feeling.
As someone who doesn't play Fortnite, Fornite players seem spoiled for choice with content. This all looks pretty cool.
Zoomer gamers especially got it pretty good. Could you imagine growing up with these types of games?

That's a fair point, their perception would naturally differ from older gen gamers.I think about this kind of stuff all the time. The ironic thing is they can't appreciate it the same way we can because we know how far games have come.
I grew up with Zelda 2 and 3 and now get to play BOTW.
My first shooters were Doom, Turok, and Goldeneye. I played the original COD when it first came out and it blew my mind, and now I get to play COD WZ.
It is crazy how kids today get to grow up with these games but I always appreciate how far games have come while they can't.
Would be insane showing and telling kid me about games are like today. I always dreamed about this kind of stuff: all of this interaction in a huge open world.
No kidding. I'm personally very excited about the prospects of the future VR titles. It's nuts how much content games today have, how polished they are, and how advanced technically they are.
Just imagine what games will be like in 10 or 20 years.
not on PC but consoles, its a big leap.i'm not seeing a big difference.
still excited though.
even Switch? i wonder if it runs any better haven't updated yetnot on PC but consoles, its a big leap.
This. Looks OK at best.I need a comparison shot to see the difference. It looks good, but it does not look ''Oh this is UE5'' kind of good.
I realize that the artstyle does not help here, but even imagining the UE5 features, i am not seeing a whole lot that wouldn't be achievable with UE4.
i want the old classic Fortnite backFirst impressions?
First impressions?
It has a few more modesFortnite is still just limited to battle royale, right?
the same way they managed to run the regular fortnite on the switch. How is this going to play on the likes of the PS4 and XBO after these upgrades?
So nothing like arena deathmatch, correct? It has a few more modes
Was just playing some TDM set up as mainly just sniper battles
I havent played for a few seasons and just played a few rounds and havent looked at everything new so cant answer that oneSo nothing like arena deathmatch, correct?
Not sure about real recently but for quite awhile Fortnite would match people against bots very early sprinkled in with a few actual players until you got a few games under your belt.Does Fortnite have skill based matchmaking? Decided to try it out and got to 2nd place. The only thing people built was a wall or two. Usually on YouTube I see crazy fast building. I'm wondering if I didn't see a lot of building to due me being a new player...
Avengers on PlayStation got an exclusive Spider-Man skin that was just a reskin of Black Widow and had no real single player missions.
Fortnite which is on EVERYTHING gets a real Spider-Man skin just a couple of weeks later with Spider-Man gameplay.
Vulgar?
Haha. I had one quick game and came second lol. I have to say though the graphics are decent. Ue5 is nice.i want the old classic Fortnite back
Do bots have generic names? I seem to recall 2 people that I managed to kill had some crazy names mixed with numbers. Not sure about real recently but for quite awhile Fortnite would match people against bots very early sprinkled in with a few actual players until you got a few games under your belt.
Beautiful.
They can have some names that might be believable but they are for sure still in.Do bots have generic names? I seem to recall 2 people that I managed to kill had some crazy names mixed with numbers.
Most people don't build except to climb. Sometimes at the final moments of the game people will build because they need cover in small spaces but generally building is not a big feature used.Does Fortnite have skill based matchmaking? No, I don't think that. I am saying that there isn't a big massive overhaul shift in visuals. I guess they just migrated, add some small things but kept it same for the most part.
I knew they were gonna migrate eventually, but I thought it was going to be later and would have looked different.
But as I said, with the game's art style there is no real need. I wonder if Sea of Thieves would ever migrate at some point.
I know Coalition has moved on to UE5 officially and working on the next Gears game along with a new IP so that will be fun to watch.
Then there's the player at the end who builds a massive fort out of wood, but a few jars of fireflies takes care of that. Thank goodness they kept the fire in.Most people don't build except to climb.
