Seems there are 6 new horizon edition cars in circulation.
Ford Escort RS Cosworth. Drift.
Holden Torana A9X. Drift.
Ford FRV Limited Edition Pursuit UTE. Destruction.
Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. Drift.
Toyota Supraz RZ. Drift.
Polaris RZR XP 1000 EPS. Credits.
Apologies if any of them aren't new in the spins. Managed to get 3 on spins, spinning for more but just seen it now costs 70,000 per spin, cheeky.
Also worth noting every car I have won tonight via spins, non-HE cars have not been duplicates, which is rare for me so they must have added different cars in as rewards too.

How do you guys complete drifting challenges?
I am not good at drifting & every time I get a good rhythm going it either gets interrupted by drivatars or traffic in the way.
Online just means people are ramming into you.

Try private online freeroam. You'll only have to deal with traffic and no drivatars.

The AI is bullshit and feel like it's done on purpose to fuck you.
Drift events are easy with great tunes though. Just go search for a tune for any car and you'll see stuff other people made. I had a Nissan GT-R that was tuned to perfection and could beat any drift event easily.

I agree with this 100%!
I have managed to get three stars on about four of the drift sections and two stars on all the rest, still having trouble getting three on them all though, I doubt I will be able to do it

Hey everyone, I recently purchased Horizon 3 and I've gotten super into it. I tried joining the car club through the actual game and I tried joining the ForzaGAF club on Xbox One. I'm awaiting approval on both ends. My GT is Virtua Jake. Thank you and I hope to be racing with some of you soon!

New HE cars are definitely true, I've already seen a pic of someone's "You could win this" showing the Falcon Ute HE.
Also, some people are spreading pork pies about a new barn find (Holden SLR500) - just so everyone knows this isn't true. There's no new barn find in the game files.
And finally, I'm pleased because it turns out that the new cars drop straight into the dev build:

built myself a nice drift thing out of the S2000, finally 3 stared that fucking city drift and also laughed at just barely passing putting me in the top 6%
599XX is going to be a unicorn car this month, and I'll help with the co-op challenge whenever it is

it's not much. I basically just stiffened up the sway bars, spring rates, and dampers.

Edit 2: i was able to get more out of it thanks to a friend.

It's quite easy though. Complete a online race, win a race, and complete a blueprint all in a Ferrari for the 599XX.

It will count. People have created their own bucket list challenges and completed forzathon challenges by completing their own bucket list.

Finally got the PC version running on my computer, just needed to update my graphics drivers. Auto configured the settings and set it to run at 60 FPS. Now I just need to figure out the glitched achievements...

The Ferrari 599XX is in the game already, I saw a photo icon over a car just now and stopped to take a photo and it was the Ferrari 599XX, I was also in a Extreme Track Toys race and the Ferrari 599XX was in it, it was very fast indeed! its rated [S2 998].

Only just found out there was a "Valentine's Day" #Forzathon yesterday, I have missed out on the Chevelle HE car
Yeah I completed that challenge with about 45 minutes to spare.
I swear the game is looking better on Xbone. Has there been a patch? Haven't checked the PC version in a while.

Pretty sure the Chevelle HE car is an older HE car. Check the auction house.

They were like 300k the day of the event in the AH, probably less now. You can afford it.

Only when it's specified (i.e. "Take part in 3 online races" vs "win 3 races"). Otherwise SP is fair game.

Excellent I like things like this it keeps me playing and gets me to try things I wouldn't normally, like winning a championship in a Dino.

Same here. I keep coming back to this game for the challenges, which get me to try new things, which I then stick around for. The loop is great and it's really sunk it's hooks into me, to the point I'm contemplating dropping cash on a wheel.

I finished all the Outback site PR stunts(3 stars), races & championship.

Of course you need to use a barn find to get the Lola.
It's one of 2 cars you can use. I think the other is a DLC car though.
It's a forzathon challenge for the weekend. Complete an online adventure using either the Holden FX UTE or the International Scout to win the Lola.
I'll be around later today if anyone wants to group up and do some online races.
