Ah, cool ... I'm pretty sure mine has that cover thingy, did they not before? I almost want to do a wheel check or something so we can get some settings swapped and see what will be the best setup.

Can I just get a 240z with some flares, panasports (or Hayashi 505s), and the proper spoiler and air dam? I want to make this car in game and drive it all day, every day.

It won't be quite as dirty, though. And will FM4 have the option to give a car a matte paint job?

Seriously! Forza needs some matte/flat paint options. It seems that they are one of the only ones left that don't have it. I don't care if it might be tricky with their IBL, I want some proper flat paint options!

Ah, that. Yeah, hadn't messed with it yet but probably will once the demo hits. Going to use that to calibrate as much as I can. I hope there's more options in the game this time regarding wheels and such.

If you do adjust the brake, just move it one step. I made the mistake of moving it to the third hole, screwed it all together, and...damn that pedal was stiff. So I had to take it all apart again and settled with the second hole from the bottom, It's still really stiff but it now has some room to be modulated. I think this will be a good position. Also I removed the spacer behind the gas pedal and turned the ones on the brake and clutch upside down for a more slanted angle as I will mount them on a playseat which already has a angled pedalplate. Moved the clutch pedal to the far left as well.

But this is all untested and I have no idea how it will feel once I drive with it, these were just my initial feelings and we'll see how it feels.

My CSP's felt great straight out of the box. If I started messing about with them I'd never stop..!

(mine have the little metal covers over the circuit blocks too).

For the absolute best feel from the brake (almost identical to a race car) get the Tuning Kit. Leave the brake pivot in the bottom hole and fit the reduced throw/same stiffness and reduced friction parts. It won't work for everyone, but as you are using a low rig with angled pedal plate the results are simply amazing.

The season pass was a late addition also the press release is a bit irritating, typical marketing department but I had the info at one point that the season pass will be included with the LCE. I don't have the full confirmation on that one so I can't give a guarantee on that one for the moment. Hope T10 will clear this up tomorrow in the WIR.

I noticed this pic here both cars are in perfect focus. Does that mean we can have multiple focal points I wonder? Or is this typical turn 10 trickery such as taking pictures up very high and outside of the track area. Either way photomode is looking much better.

You could get that effect with an infinite focus and a slow shutter speed (aka motion blur in game)

I so wish you've posted before because I would've told you that this exact thing happened to me in 2010. Lost everything including 5 unicorns and 80% of the Event list completed.

And sorry to say, T10/Jube won't help you recover anything, the community will. This was actually one of the problems that pushed me to relegate the 360 to "exclusives-only" use.

We try to help as many as we can, I contacted Amar (also check your PMs Raven).

Our community is amazing, these guys,the CRS, have spent a lot of their free time helping out the community. It's a really nice thing they do.

Seriously, I wouldn't stop anybody from experiencing racing games how they should be. I didn't think wheels could make that much of a difference, played the Logitech ones with GT2 and a little bit of 4 at friends houses and such but I used the controller at home. Up until GT5 where I just said fuck it and got used to it.

Worth every penny.

Yeah, I'm almost 99.9% positive that's not going to happen. I was mentioning in the other thread that there's no point to include it in the LCE as those are the fans that are most likely going to buy your DLC anyway ... why give it to them for free?

Thanks, and I'm sure somebody can throw a spreadsheet up in google docs and link it. I'm sure the OT will have one as we'll be in the car club, plus I 'think' once you're in there you can see the activity of all in the club which hopefully will be a majority of us.

Although owning Planet Earth on HD for $20 makes it kind of worth it. But honestly the greatest thing about it is now I can have a DVD player and a game in at the same time because I don't have a dedicated DVD player and the PS3 sucks as a DVD player.

I got the plastic one a couple days ago and although I have never driven stick I can see that the plastic shifter is holding me back. Im having fun using it but going into 5th, and 6th gears is harder than it should be. I feel like I am going to pull the shifter off because of the extra effort it requires.

I hardly notice it, but I was doing left foot braking, so If you are using one foot you might notice.

And what are the chances we might get Hammond to do the autovista for the muscle cars from the pack? I know Clarkson isn't a fan.
