I really need to start grabbing the Futurama sets too. X-Files would be nice too... damnit, I spend way too much on DVDs.

And what's the deal with the A9 promotion? I had it going, ordered something from Amazon two days ago and it disappeared. The order won't be filled for a while, so does it have to 'recharge' or something by using A9 more or does it have to do with having an unfilled order? Anyone know? Not a big deal, but hey, 1.5% off is still 1.5% off.

Past that, when they got into the animal testing and mutants and shit more than usual...Well, that sucked.

i picked up Dark Angel from goodcow's last Amazon thread. i didn't see all of the second season, except the hokey series ender, but from what i remember the first season was better. i've barely scratched the surface of the second (of eight) discs ATM. Interestingly enough, the series ended partially due to mediocre ratings, but also to fit Firefly into the budget.

$25 S1 24 isn't new per se. That's been the price since it was dropped to $15 or $20 for a sale. Hate to have missed that.

Apparently, Best Buy is doing this deal, too. I picked up the 24 Season One boxset (last one!). Hope you guys are right and it really is good because I passed up the Futurama Season One boxset for this!
