Hang in there man, I feel your pain...I was wrongfully terminated myself 2 months ago, and I havent found a job since. I'm really at the point where I'm thinking about getting a lawyer. Plus they're trying to screw me out of my unemployment benefits. It's hard as hell to find a job out here, and theyre trying to dick me out of my benefits at the same time. I really dread doing so, but if I don't get my unemployment insurance by the end of this week, I will seek legal action against my former employer in an attempt to recover.

Sometimes getting fired is the best thing thats ever going to happen to you. Just look at it in a perspective.
I haven't had a job for over 3 months now. I was feeling so worthless i almost applied for a job at BK....almost.
sigh anyway i just got a parttime job as a store clerk and i'm more happy with that than flippin burgers for some f**king assholes and smelling like baking oil

I got fired once aswell, i fucked up at work hehehe but i did it intentionally, as i already had a new job waiting for me in another country hehehehehe
so i was like working at this company and during the night shifts there where no managers present so i just whent home to sleep some of the nights shifts and i still got paid, and after the 30th time someone found out and they fired me hehehe but the week after i left the country for my new job.

Well it's official I just got back from turning in my car and pager. I am now a bonified unemplyment statstic. On the way to the office I was pissed thinking about how I was going to sue that fucking lying cunt. Funny thing is, afte I signed my termination letter it all went away. I'm still a little aprehensive about having no job, but the anger was gone. Anyhow I think I'll rest the remainder of the week and start in earnest on Monday looking for a new job.
No I believe he actually posted that he was black in a thread asking who was black on the board. When I called him on it he seemed unset that I didn't believe he was black. Then again he counld have been pissing around.

Start looking NOW, and file for unemployment NOW (just as a plan B) They fired you unjustly so you should get your unemployment. If they try to deny you, file an appeal. Most states allow you to file for unemployment online.
