This is pending FMT's trade with Eminem.





CK will offer his trades today, since he will be going out of town. He will allow me to edit his team when our trade goes through, because he will not be around to see if Harrison is in his starting lineup or not.
I changed the protest time to 1 day. Everyone is online enough to be able to make decisions on protests/etc.

I will now edit CK's team after his approval to make sure I can edit his team.


I will call CK to see if he wants anyone on his roster changed. I'll call him thursday afternoon, and saturday night. (probably before he goes drinking...)

Roster change made, roster edit function works.

Trades being proposed right now. Will be accepted pending Eminem/FMT's trade.

give me a break dudes. i would take santana moss over dominick davis any day of the week. here is why *I* got the best of this deal:

1. i'm set for RB's
2. i needed another big play WR
3. moss is a double, possible triple threat. he can catch, he can run, and he plays punt return.

so i rolled the dice a little, i did the samething last year and guess what? I ended up winning the GA fantasy superbowl. so just relax ladies, i know what i'm doing. i don't care what the "rankings" say, moss is going to put up better numbers than davis case closed

2. CK and MiG trade

OK...whew...

lol, I canceled the trade proposal anyway because that would mean both my QBs and RBs would be on a bye in week 3, meaning I would have neither (well, I do the have rookie RB, Tatum Bell, but eh)

I'm not in the GA league, but I do want to talk with some other fantasy geeks. I'm trying to talk myself into starting Quentin Griffin over Rudi Johnson, who I drafted to be my 2nd RB. Griffin is playing KC @ home, while Rudi is playing @ the Jets. Thoughts?

Q Griff is gonna be the man, son. Start him over Rudi almost any day and twice on Sundays.

And all of the manuevering you poor saps are doing in the league is for naught. My team is going to STEAMROLL all comers. Priest Holmes is the closest thing to Jesus in a football uni this country has, and he's MINE MINE MINE ALL MINE.

Re-read his post, MiG. He's not in this league, he just wants fantasy advice. Rudi is his 2nd RB, and Q Griff is his backup. Personally, I like Q a whole lot more than Rudi and think he has the potential to have a damn fine season. I think Rudi won't do much more than he did last year, if he's lucky. The Bengals are gonna take a step back toward the Bungles of old before they get really decent in a year or two.

Thanks for the input.

From what I've heard Chris Perry has looked bad in camp and so Rudi should get 25 carries on Sunday, whereas Griffin should split carries with Hearst and Bell.

But the Jets D is a lot better this year, and Palmer and the Bengals' O will probably have a tough first game. The Broncos always run all over the Chiefs. I am really torn on this one.

Pffft. Don't believe it. Griff had a stellar camp, Bell looked lost and Hearst is about to fall apart and be used for spare parts. Do yourself a favor and start Q Griff this week.

I have Dallas as my starting DEF at the moment, but I'm thinking of starting the Pittsburgh DEF simply because I think Culpepper and Moss are gonna rape the Dallas D. Should I do it?

I forgot I had the Titans D starting, I was sitting here pissed that the Titans didnt pass a lot since I had Mason starting. Then I checked the head to head and were tied at 25 and I'm like "WTS?!?!?"

Thank god for the horrible Dolphins. 3 sacks, 3 INTs, and 1 TD!

T.O. will probably have a big game, but so will McNabb. McCareins and Moss will be even, IMO. Pollard didn't do shit for my team, and I'm pretty sure Heap will get some catches so he'll have me beat there. Also, I hope the CAR D shuts down Green or Davis can keep up with him yard for yard. I think the San Fran D will give up more points than the Pit D, but Lloyd should have a good game seeing as he's the #1 reciever on a sub-par team. Tynes should be able to get good playing time, even tho he'll mostly be kicking PATs, while I think Edinger isn't gonna get many kicks, maybe one PAT and a FG.

Gonna be a tight match-up, but I think FMT's got the edge.
