GAF… what’s an objectively “hard” part of any game that you breezed past first try no issues?! Mine was….

There are some spiked pillars in an early God of war that I learnt were supposed to be tricky after getting through them with no difficulty whatsoever. I don't ever remember them yet they pop up on "hardest level" lists.

But like 5/5 isn't luck imo lol 😂 genuinely never once been stopped by those two dudes
It clearly is or you do something different. Your strategy of "just run for the other knight" is too simplistic to work consistently as evidenced by everyone else getting shot in the back. So either it's luck (and 5/5 is still possibly luck) or you do something you're unaware of.

Perhaps? But. Regardless, to me it's simple and don't get the whole ordeal lol 😂 not complaining

Yep. Def recall seeing those on "hardest of etc etc… lists" well played. Well played

I don't know if it's supposed to be very hard but I beat all the bosses in Returnal at first try (not on the same run).

Oh, and a quite old one I was very proud of, I beat on my first try both final bosses in Phantasy Star 2 for the Sega Genesis back then around 1993.

As a serious one, I got brass balls and little sister saviour on my first playthrough of bioshock, also managed to get the achievement for destroying the covenant corvette in halo reach in under 3 mins on legendary on my first run.

Weirdly, on the PC (third party res upgrade patch), they were trivial - I was always on the archer before he could get a shot off.

On the PS5 and PC remastered editions they have been a pain in the ass - even after several play throughs. You either get shot in the back or in the front and knocked off. Thinking about it, I have used light builds since the PC original, so maybe that's it.

Mine was Malenia, though it was 2nd try. I didn't even know she was considered tough until my 2nd playthrough, where I had a new spec and got shut down for like 30+ straight by her.

Last boss of Demon's Souls was supposedly a bad mother fucker, but I beat him on first try. Hell, I had more trouble with some of the red phantoms that show up in the game honestly.

I rented God of War first game in the series. To finish it before I had to return it I had to rush through Hades and somehow finished the whole level on my first try.

Also I rented God Hand because everyone claimed it was hard but I had no problem finishing it.

Not exactly sure how many times I've passed that part. I guessed 5. Once on PPTD on PC. DSR on PS4. Switch. DSR on PC. But could've done the PPTD 2-3 times. Twice likely. Not 3. So that would make it 6 or so.

Just I am not sure. Dude on the left never hit me. Just bonk the dude on the right and it's done. Never even tried shooting arrows at him. I'm sure that would work too

We need God Hand brought back. Small little HD remaster. Nothing crazy. Just bring it to modern systems.

I have killed several soulsborne bosses that were deemed as super hard in the first try. True Owl for example comes to mind.

But then the regular ogre in the first level of Sekiro ravaged my insides.

Maybe I'm remembering wrong, but I recall people bitching about the final boss on Quantum Break. I tore through him on my first try. I do remember it being a lame battle overall, maybe that's what everyone was upset about.

I did a few bosses in Sekiro from the first attempt and yet I can't beat the last boss no matter how many times I try.

None of the bosses in Kena gave me any trouble for some weird reason.

Sekiro was very easy to me and was the first souls game I managed to finish. I'm not saying no one gave me issues but I legitimately could never beat any other souls game and always gave up. After Sekiro I went back and beat a lot of them.
I would say everything but the final boss which was unnecessarily long fight with no checkpoints.
