Yea, it's the last great coast for rap so far and unless midwest or NW come with some brand new sound that's big in clubs/party soon, it'll be the last one (at least for North America). Which isn't gonna happen so theres all that eurodance stuff thats invading every aspect of pop music in america currently.
I love how the first 5 albums i really like, then the next 5 are albums i actively dislike. lol. Good list.

Fair enough :/. That Blu & Exile album would have been up there too if it had a proper release/mastering and was out earlier.

IDK I haven heard any artist's from the south that have been as good as Krit in awhile. I love my Houston rap, but some of them have just fallen off. Paul Wall, Trae, and other havent really released anything in awhile.

Mannnn Budden went IN on part 2.
Those first five albums are probably my top 5. The others are ones I've really enjoyed, but are in no way cemented there.

NiP was so great... And the rest of the album so meh to me.. Without Otis the album goes to one song...
BAYTL was recycled beats with no hype... The song fuck you was better when it was called Stoopid
Ferrari Boyz.. To rappers who hated each other and didn't work on the album together but did their parts alone... Easy to tell in the quality.l.
Beat is nice but that's where it stops for me. Is codeine really that great?

I said good, Ross and Florida are not exactly the best imo. Actually before I say Ross is bad, I need to listen to his latest album, most people have said it is actually alright.
Mike Jones is not that great to be honest. The only song I ever liked that had him on it was Still Tippin, and Welcome To Houston

The only Houston rapper I dont like is Mike Jones lol, you just happened to list him...
2 Chainz isnt anything to get excited about. Jeezy is alright, in small doses. Ross can go back to being a C.O. KRIT is definitely the best thing out of the South in a long time.
Slim Thug had the hypest Houston song, so good.

Speaking of Houston rappers, Cham is definitely one of the better ones. Also, Lil Flip's Underground Legend was great.
2 Chainz is mediocre at best. Jeezy is good, but his voice is grating after awhile. Ross is garbage. I know im alone on that one though.
