HEHHHHH. Yeah he has an annoying voice but I'm still really enjoying his songs. He's got great production behind him.

Speaking of rap voices what's everyone's favorite? Mine's probably Method Man when I think about it.

Pink Matter continues to be an amazing track.

Not even close to this being a OutKast "feature" though.

Raekwon made a GOAT album, a GOAT song (CREAM), contributed some good verses to some really good albums, but the majority of his career has been so horrible it nearly tarnishes it TO ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN NOTICING.

If you haven't noticed, you can just bump OB4CL and CREAM all day and think he must be one of the best ever.

He's worse than Nas IMO, in terms of reaching irrelevancy, because at least Nas still has normal white people fans.

Edit - Best voices goes to ALL of the Wu-Tang Clan. Part of the reason Wu worked was because they each had different personalities, flows, and VOICES. Too many rappers sound exactly alike, just your typical black dude.

Ghostface, Raekwon, RZA, GZA, ODB, and Meth all sound different at first listen, and all of them make their voice part of their flow.

I say this with OB4CL being THE album that got me into Hip Hop, and having listened EXTENSIVELY to all of Rae's work. From OB4CL to Immobilarity to Lex Diamonds to ALL the Vatican Mixtapes, to OB4CL2.

And most of that sucked. If you pick the best bits from the Vatican Mixtapes and OB4CL you have a really good album but as it stands you have literally years of shit.

Shaolin vs Wu sucked massive balls other than a handful of songs like Butter Knives and the title track, and you're bugging if you say otherwise.

Rae has had a boring ass flow for 10+ years and is not as good of a story teller as he thinks he is (Sonny's Missing is a fucking awkward cringe inducing attempt at a Slick Rick type song), and on top of all that he has this crazy RZA complex that prevents him from working with him, to prove HE made OB4CL the album that it was (and it wasn't, it was RZA and GFK, but Rae killed it too).

Listen to the RZA cuts from the Vatican/OB4CL2 era. Rockstars, State of Grace, Godfather, Shut Your Motherfuckin Mouth, New Wu. THOSE are where Rae brought his A game, and were the best beats he was on. Along with the Dilla beats like 10 Bricks, House of Flying Daggers, and Baggage Handlers.

Rae has terrible beat selection, and like I said, is a horrible lyricist in 2013 with a boring ass flow.

maaaan i aint gonna rush out to defend Rae - he's cool but never been one of my favorites - but i liked it overall. then again there's some in here that think OB4CL2 was booty so yeah

Jeezy and DMX instantly come to mind when you say good voices. I like Game's too.

Hoarse, usually angry voices that don't irritate the ear I find the best.

Hype man voice.

Sen Dog and Freaky Tah.

Slight edge to Sen Dog for being constipated for nearly 20 years now. I wonder if dude would just take a shit if he'd sound like B Real.
