Those benevolent acts, self-serving or not, saved my life, so I am thankful for them forever.

The point is not to think lower of people committing harm to themselves but to try to help them in anyway you can. I wouldn't be here if it were not for those that turned my life around.

And maybe I was harsh with my initial posting, but I take offense to people treating suicide as a joke.

I'm sorry for being off-topic, and this will be the last I say on the subject

Honestly that's whatever though, what's worse is saying someone committing suicide makes you lose all [I]respect[/I] for them, that's such a bullshit juvenile high-school-philosopher pov imo. even if you were close people who took their own lives (yr not alone in that). but of course you're welcome to whatever viewpoint you want, I just personally think it's garbage. but that's prolly enough on the sidetrack, back to rap, take care

I think that beat sounds nuts... But Kendrick kinda ruins the song for me.

Dunno. Haven't really loved anything post GKMC, and I didn't even really get into that album.

Man, even the artwork for the FlyLo tracks are dope. This is probably the most excited I've been about am album for a while now.

Consider this: when I (and other gaffers) called you en masse in your time of need a couple years back, did we gain any benefit from doing so? I know you, but I don't really know you. What happens to you had literally no impact on most of us. I guess if you were straight heartless you could say it would have benefited me in that you put me on to music and other things I might have missed out on, or to shield myself from grief. And that's only because I know you in this community. What about other gaffers?

But it wasn't that way. People did what they did with no benefit to themselves. Intervening cost them nothing and gained them little if anything. Were we selfish? I did it because I believe in you and your potential, and because I think you deserve happiness. That's it...

look, i made a joke that i shouldn't had made earlier and i posted a tweet that made a few people mad (to go a little more in depth about the tweet, i don't lose ALL respect for someone who commits suicide, i lose a LITTLE respect, as i think anyone can find their way out of dark times and find happiness)

i apologize for both of those things, but i really don't want any bad blood with any of you

The Toronto Raptors have been fined for comments rap star and team ambassador Drake made about Kevin Durant at a recent concert that the NBA deemed a violation of its anti-tampering rules.

The fine is for $25,000, sources with knowledge of the league's ruling told ESPN.com on Monday.

Rapper Drake, the global ambassador for the Raptors, asked a Toronto crowd to show its support for Kevin Durant during a recent concert where the NBA MVP was in attendance.
Durant, who attended Drake's show last week in Toronto, was the subject of what the league regarded as a public recruiting pitch from the famed Canadian artist, who was named the Raptors' global ambassador in September 2013.

"Before we leave, I just want to show one of my brothers something," Drake told the crowd. "You know, my brother Kevin Durant was kind enough to come to the show tonight and watch us. I just want him to see what would happen if he came to play in Toronto. Let him know what would happen."

The Oklahoma City Thunder star and reigning NBA MVP then received an ovation from the crowd, which reportedly launched into a "KD" chant.

Durant will become an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2016, and various teams -- notably his home-state Washington Wizards as well as the New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Lakers -- are positioning themselves to have sufficient salary-cap space to make a run at him.

Well my case is a special one. I made a small cry for help. I told myself that if I went through with it I didn't want people thinking I was missing or wondering if I were sane, but truly I think I made a small cry for help because I wasn't sure if I wanted to go or not.

No it is not, but she has mad pipes and fits right in with the Purity Ring/James Blake/insert electronic artist here thing that some hip-hop is flirting hard with. I love it mind you but yeah. Much like Blake especially her hooks are godlike because of what surrounds it. Its a lot like Kayo Dot or any other real composed rock band. They only give you the sugar once or twice a song, and its better because its surrounded by things that contrast it or make it stand out more. Godlike.
