Frank is independent and yet he still took Apple's money in exchange for "Blonde" exclusivity, "Chanel", and a radio show. Fuck, if I were in that situation too, I'd sure as hell take $500,000 for two weeks of exclusivity before I released the damn thing for free too. My point is, Chance made a business decision that keeps him independent, helps him make back some of the cash he spent on "Coloring Book", and gives him something to spend on his future album. It's not a bad deal at all.
