Madden seriously has to be cheating for DM.
After my brilliant defense puts me up 14-3, I am tearing up DM's defense with a dazzling array of running plays. Left, right, HB, FB, I gain probably over 70 yards on the ground on that drive alone. I says to myself, I says, "Wow, self, DM just shifted all his guys to the left, leaving the right wide open. I should hold the formation, but change my FB dive to a strong iso. Good call self. Woah hold on a second though, self, I know Tiki will fumble with my luck, I better hold my thumb over the Y button."
I hike the ball, run run run, see DM predictably switch to the nearest defender and wind up the hit stick hit. I jam on Y with the pressure at the center of ten million black holes. Tiki fumbles. It's rolling, almost out of bounds... stops at the 1 inch line just inside the field of play. Okay, my defense has gotten me 14 points so far, and only allowed 3. Surely, things can not go as horribly awry as they have gone in the past. Wrong, 4 plays 80 yards culminating with a 4,000 yard TD in which Joey Galloway blew by my DB like if he was the offspring of a Randy Moss and Terrell Owens forbidden love and alien fertilization also involving Chris Carter and Jerry Rice.
Okay... 14-10. My defense can still hold. I know he is going to pass so I play nickel cover 3 in order to disorient him and hopefully score the int. He completes to Galloway... and now, as has happened before, I completely BLOW the play and miss the tackle, allowing for a TD.
Okay 17-14. My offense was finally moving the ball, so I thought to myself, "Self, this should not be a problem." Except the game decides to give me just about 900 false start penalties causing me to go into 1st and 35. What am I to do after that, it was academic.
I've never seen such luck by anyone in any game ever. I executed my defensive gameplan flawlessly, and in that one drive that ended with a fumble, I executed the offensive plan I had wanted to all game. Another lucky win for DM.

Here are some interesting QB stats as they are reported on the site (i calculated the QB ratings with a QB rating calculator... ingenious i know):

Maybe someone can check for me, but I also recall that I was to face CK in the upcoming week. Seeing as how I've got festive stuff going on friday/saturday, the only real option is thursday >9pm (deadline)

Now I'm not a very good Madden player at all. But I do fairly well against the run most of the time. But Dunn never once in that game ran into the back of a blocker, or did any "Mario-running" of any sort. It was just stupid. I zoned, I blitzed, I played man, I doubled Dunn. I even freakin played goalline defense just to see what would happen. Nothing worked. It was quite frustrating.
Didn't helped that I coughed up to kick returns in the first quarter. Yeah that was fun.
