Oooooooh, I like this outlook! The way Kristoffer seems to be on top of everything without even being in any of the games makes me think he will be a great addition! Suck it other threads, we saw him first! (Of course, I do hope Cooljeanius can continue on playing, that is always preferable to having a replacement).

Yeah lots of things happen during the night, some less obvious than others until later in the game. For most of us, it's just waiting now.

I assumed night phase was mainly 3 days for the mob to discuss, because power roles act on their own and can do whatever they do right away.

I had been thinking the Nightvale Citizens vs Desert Bluffs and/or that one company. (I can't actually think of the name) but your idea is awesome.

StrexCorp. Would be a good 3rd party! Angels are another potential antagonist. Backstory for this flavor: deviants are trying to fundamentally change Night Vale and introduce democracy and transparency, starting with the burning of Big Rico's Pizza. The City Council has ordered that the entire town attend mandatory meetings and purge the deviants themselves (while they go on vacation). Failure to participate in the meetings is punishable by death (courtesy of the Secret Police) but by attending these meetings you have become a target, and every night a deviant kills a townsperson.

Read this post and scan through the links at the end. That's how I learned. Most power roles can only do their thing at night, there are exceptions but usually they have to act at night.
