If the hinting El Topo is currently doing doesn't turn out to be some kind of ruse, I wouldn't be surprised if day 3 of Archer will be our moment of crazyness.

Craziness? No. It will be our moment of glory. It will be my moment of redemption. It will be like Lost, except everything will make sense.

I have looked into the abyss, I have been shown heaven. All has been revealed to me. Behold thy saviour, ISIS!

lol Retro that was pretty funny.

Thanks. The question now is do I do it for each day, or do I save it for an inevitable Nightvale theme? I was really excited to do Gravity Falls, but now I'm thinking the themeing on Nightvale might be more fun.

On the other hand, is it too close to Cthulu?

All this El Topo stuff makes me both incredibly fearful and incredibly excited for the start of day 3! You better not disappoint Topo!

I was reviewing the pictures I took and I can confirm that it is common practice for Retro to curl into a ball and cry. Just thought I would share my discovery.

Save it for Nightvale!

Save it. It's different enough, for sure. It's not as cosmic, if that makes sense. More Twin Peaks/X-Files, where Cthulhu is literally shit will eat your soul, probably.

I'd help you with it if you want, but I might be too excited to actually play it. :p

Actual quote from the future about Day 3:
We knew Gafia would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, Retro curled up into a ball, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Ourobolos scripture, the Blargavad-Gafita; Topo is trying to persuade ISIS that he should do his duty and, to impress them, takes on his multi-armed form and says, "Now I am become Blarg, the destroyer of worlds."

Just out of curioustiy, what would people prefer: Gravity Falls or Welcome To Night Vale?

I am ridiculously excited about both.

I might take you up on it. I'm working on roles right now. I have some really amazing ideas, but the wiki I'm looking at doesn't have as many characters as I remember.

Both are excellent. I know some other people were interested in hosting gravity falls mafia too though. Maybe we could have both next season.

Night Vale, so Blarg can do Gravity Falls.

And I will be in it.

I already called dibs.

#Team800Feet

I'm down with that. I know he was excited about his own idea, but if he wants to do Gravity Falls, I'll happily hand it over to him.

Maybe I should actually listen to Night Vale, always meant to and never have. This might convince me to change that.

It's good, although it's really heavy, and you do have to listen from the beginning.

I need to do a re-listen to Night Vale. It's been a while and I haven't caught up on the latest episodes.

My votes on that, though. Would be a really unique setting, I think.

Any thoughts on a role for John Peters - You know, the farmer?

He's the only one I don't have a role for yet.

EDIT: Never mind, I got something.

It's like HP Lovecraft and Douglas Adams had a baby, and he went into community radio.

Alternatively, it's like A Prairie Home Companion as broadcast from the Twilight Zone.

Does any of that help?

It's like Lovecraft meets X-Files meets Twin Peaks meets Alan Wake meets Hitchiker's Guide meets Twilight Zone meets Community Radio.

Just looked up what Night vale is

And I'm still confused
Lend me a hand here

I still have no idea
Welcome to Night Vale is a humorous PSA for a fictional town located in a permanently nighttime desert. Night Vale is ruled by a mysterious, non-human City Council that imposes arbitrary and authoritarian city ordinances on its population. Besides its benevolent overlords, it is also plagued by strange, other-worldly phenomena on a regular basis. The PSA is run by Cecil Gershwin Palmer, just an average journalist trying to balance the difficult tasks of providing information to the denizens of Night Vale and broadcasting propaganda from its City Council. Welcome to Night Vale is broadcast twice a month and features a new independent musician every episode during the "weather" segment.
