How has this still not been fixed yet? It's the number one thing holding me back from switching to an Android phone from my iphone. Sort it out, Google.

Seriously. What is up with the juttery laggy UI performance on just about every Android phone? Isn't that thing supposed to be a total beast? And this is the official offering from Google (made by Samsung)? The customization stuff looked cool, but damn did the performance not look so hot in that video.

I've been using my EVO since it was released and really don't get these "laggy" UI complaints that always come up. It seems fine to me (and yes, I've owned an iPhone).
