Whether you love or hate GameRush I thought I'd let you know they are "officially" taking Nintendo DS Preorders November 1st. You do have to put at least $25 down though which blows but it is GameRush.
They are supposed to only take 5 preorders per store which blows as well so if you want to do it there you better get in now.
