Games That Never Annoy You

We all surely have those games we can play until we get bored that a real release and you're just so happy playing, never having rage-inducing moments where your controller becomes a boomerang.

1. Tennis in the Face
2. Blood. Bullets. Bananas
3. Rocket League

I know they're mostly single-player games, but Rocket League is always a joy to play online, but there are many out there that are single-player that frustrate the hell out of me. Anybody have any potentials I can try. I can fail so much at times with games like these and yet I keep trying over and over again. Other times I'm a beast and always feel pretty content.

Dear Esther and Everybody's Going to the Rapture are both frustration free for me. Some people have derided the "lack" of game play in the two games, but the fact that both games remove all intrusive or unnecessary game play mechanics and was successful in doing so illustrates the game play choices for both games was the right decision.

I'll have to look into those games soon enough. Cheers.

Hi, I love playing Rocket League, and I don't think it would annoy me, for those reasons:

Excellent team size. Every player is at least pretty valuable. No teams of 8 or 10, but there's also solo and doubles yay.

Easy barrier of entry. There's plenty of shitty new players for you to play against and not get stomped too bad. And then the sky is the limit for the skill ceiling.

Good player base. There are some toxic players, but mostly everyone seems anxious to just have some fun games.

Unique gameplay. It's like soccer, but you can fly and also go really fast and there's a boost, and sometimes there are weird ledges on the sides or hills or giant pillars. You won't find similarly fun ideas in other sport-inspired games.

But to be honest, I do have problem reaching gold. I'm at around 500-560 ranked points (Silver II) in most queues. After a longtime having no progress, I found SSEgold to help me, and that's an awesome advantage.

As weird as it is, any Soulsborne game after the first time you beat it. The first playthrough will set you off, obviously. After that though, you know how the game works and nothing really stumps you. I get a weird therapeutic effect from replaying these now that I can casually wreck bosses that previously had me stuck.
