Gaming collectible - how much is this worth?

I'm in the process of getting rid of all the "OMG RARE" stuff I have that I actually don't give a shit about and just takes up space. How much should I ask, or start the bidding at....for a SegaNet beta copy of Outriggers? I've seen a few beta Dreamcast games go up on eBay and prices were never that high, though those were from press betas or something. I've never seen a SegaNet beta for sale.....and to my knowledge there's no price guide for these sorts of things. G4TV should do an "Antiques Roadshow" special for this sort of thing, where people bring in their gaming junk and get told whether their special edition "gold NES" is worth any money or not :D

Can you even sell Dreamcast betas on eBay? I know that they've been kind of squirrelly about Dreamcast auctions before (they weren't even allowing imports to be sold), but I dunno if they've backed off on that in the years after the system's death.

Disc is pressed GD-ROM, and the game appears to be pressed on both sides of the disc (apparently this is/was common for betas?).

I guess I ought to include "original packaging"....which means mailing envelope, "thank you letter", poorly Xeroxed proofs of instruction manual. Seems silly but I suppose hardcore folk are into stuff like that:

Sorry to use your thread for this, but is Gitaroo-Man worth anything more than retail these days? (It's unsealed but in brand new shape.)
