what can that possibly mean! :)

I missed the complete OT1 and OT2 began sometime in March or April when I had broken up with my ex and ever since then I've been around, more or less.

And to tell you honestly in the privacy of this gay thread, I am often ashamed of posting any stuff in the the fitness thread. In the topic of fitness I am a moron with nothing but willpower and cero knowledge.

and one more truth, I often have no idea what are you talking about in that thread!! :D you talk about programs and changes in the workout with all sorts of technicalities that my mind can't comprehend yet, haha.?
Oh it's not that bad really. Just a little reading will get you caught up to speed pretty quick. If you feel lost or want to know about something, don't hesitate to ask. Just keep in mind people may bite your balls about things, but they do mean to help. I've scolded the fitness gurus about being harsh with people, but they get grumpy.

It's a great source of info though, I learn things in there just about every day. Read the OP, read some of the suggested books, especially Starting Strength. Learn a little about nutrition and you're golden.

i don't even rank in the graph :(

I am currently #12 in this thread :S, and I don't know if I like that or not.

I think I'll appear in the ranking when sagi shows us the results of the OT2, I might even make it to the top 10, unless the next batch of juniors includes a couple of sisters that will start posting furiously and bring me down in the ranking. XD

Thanks :) I'll try to gather as much info as I can, there is still a ton of stuff I can do on my own.

I like 99% of the guys there, there's just one annoying regular but even then, it's fine, everyone means to help, like you say.

I lurk the fitness thread a lot, but I find myself too intimidated to post questions as they often go ignored or they're probably bait for some form of harshness. But as you said there's a great deal of great information there, even from a non-participatory perspective.

Meaning that since I ranked #1 in that last thread, it is a bad thing. Thanks Sagi.

edit: Just watched episode 1 of Firefly. How did I miss this show for so long?

yay firefly!

if you're already first, then you shouldn't mind taking up the slack from lunch! it might get slow around here otherwise!

I didn't know anything about him. My Niall obsession is more recent.

Welcome tbh. I need more Niall lovers.

Yeah, the fitness thread can be a little difficult to get in to. I mean, it's obvious there's lots of knowledge floating around but it can be overwhelming when you have no idea what you're doing. And the regulars there are advanced enough that they don't want to be anyone's mentor and likely a lot of the stuff just seems obvious to them that they forget to mention things.

Which is a pity since after doing the p90x/Insanity routines I'd like to step up my game but I have no idea where to begin. Though, I still haven't gotten that Starting Strength book. Damn being poor!

Lol, be sure to let us know which one you go to

Well tell me which one to go! And You'll know! :O

Just to put it out again. Looking for Drag Show/Clubs, anything in the Chicagoland area that is good. I know some of you have the knowledge in clubs that I want. Amateur is possible(where I could dress up), but I'd love to just see one.

Searching in youtube for specific workout can give you an idea of where you should be headed.

for example, if you lost weight and you now want to tone the muscles and get stronger, getting effective routines for abs and push-ups on youtube is pretty easy and you can do them at home.

the problem comes when you want to start with the equipment, barbell, dumbell, etc. you'll need a coach/trainer in a gym for that,

For shame, Isaac. For shame.

Why not? You're a handsome looking fellow. For what I could tell in a 100x120 thumbnail, anyway. :p

Also, hellooo gay/bi GAF!
and goodbye! ;p

too late sentry, you can't escape "the gayz" now, you will keep coming back to this fabulous thread.

Yeah, I'm not really looking for tone as I am looking for size. Which I believe is a combination of diet and intense equipment which I don't really have a proper amount of either for.

I think that's some stupid bullshit!
I know! I love that he played 'Thinking About You' live, that's our jam here at home!

He's just so great. Lyrically he just destroys a lot of the new talent out there. I also find it interesting that people I think are great singers or actors and/or think are hot end up coming out as gay/bi. Hmm.

Oh man, I hate this weird pompadour-ish hair do that some guys have. I think Bruno Mars has a similar look. I think it makes them look like women for some reason.

A thousand times This! Guys look best with long hair but the pompadour thing is best left in the 50s..

I was just reading through this thread and checking out all the pics. What a bunch of handsumz.

SpaceBridge in particular. Woof.
