This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want, but your friend has alienated an entire market with this move.

Your friend, publicly apologize and cancel FFVIIR for PS4 or you can kiss your business goodbye.

This meme started with FF so I'm jus continuing tradition. Also sorry for calling XBox an asshole but I couldn't think of anything else to put there lol.

I have a suspicious feeling that Shenmue 3 will be financed by Sony with the consent of Sega Sammy. Yu Suzuki (was that his name?) will direct and continue his story. And it'll be announced on stage.

Yeah, I think there's a good chance of that happening.

I didn't start to think about that until the game that Ono is listed as a producer for was confirmed to be a new game and SFV being exclusive doesn't make sense at all (both past and current business decisions/statements from Capcom/Sony and other available information). There's also that Street Fighter cab from last year. Verendus mentioning a crossover (If I remember correctly) from Capcom/Sony also makes me think this could be true due to the previous information.

In Boyes poem he said something like he hopes fans are open minded about them trying something different. I think this would fit under a statement like that. Either that or Morpheus.

And this is where I think we are reading too much into it. The different thing is simply the Experience which Sony haven't done before.

Its funny even after all this hype and rumors of megatons, I'll be satisfied just by getting gameplay of Uncharted.

What are 0900 numbers?
0900 numbers, and all other numbers beginning with '09' are charged at a premium rate, with part of the call cost used to pay for the service being provided. Common uses for premium rate numbers include:

Competitions and prize draws
Voting lines for TV and radio shows
Horoscopes, tarot and fortune-telling
Chargeable information and support lines
Telephone dating and chat lines

It's almost certainly not alphabet. You'd likely see numbers more in the range of 1-26 if it was a straight alphabet code, like 0015022004. These numbers are 99, 66, 44... or maybe just 964.

It could be a date (unlikely, 9/6/04 or 9/6/14 aren't really meaningful).

It also doesn't look random --- the fact that 3 numbers (9/6/4) are each in duplicate separated by 0s does seem like a minor code, but there's just not enough info to actually come up with something.

It wasn't even just Capcom. Wasn't Sony also in talks with Sega for something? The idea of another Playstation and Friends fighting game, even though we already got one as Playstation Allstars, is still a pretty risky but really interesting idea. I'm kinda expecting 2 games from Capcom at PSX. DD2 or DMC5, and a Playstation exclusive fighting game.

Okay, so I 86'd the plans to go. I would still like to be involved with watching it somewhere or something. Too bad there's not a Nintendo World store or similar for PlayStation in the Columbus area. I always enjoyed watching E3 video reactions from people hanging out watching Nintendo's conferences in that store.
 
Oh man, I'd love a fighting game crossover or just a Sony IP fighting game made by Capcom. Did not like PS All Stars at all and I trust Capcom with fighters.

That would probably steal the show for me, something along the lines of Marvel vs Capcom or Capcom vs Tatsunoko.

Edit:I don't know why he would ask people to keep an open mind unless it was something a little more out of the ordinary then throwing a fan expo.

I'd rather have a PSASBR2 that plays more like Smash but I'd dig this, if it wasn't for combos. I tried getting into SFIV, in training I finally figured out a single combo after like 20 minutes..l then realized I needed to do it again and again in a fast paced fighting game? lol I can't remember that shit. I hope this potential announcement wouldn't be ruined by combos.

And they better not cut Kat.

After Smash 4, it would be exciting to start speculation wars again mwahaha. I want playable Ico & Yorda. (As one character, do more demage, when seperated, but Yorda is defensless and if she gets KO'd so do you.)
