I love Sony hype threads.....Sony conferences usually disappoint, but they easily have the most hype due to their potential with a shit ton of old IP in their back pocket that could drop at any moment.

It does OK but not ridiculously good. It gets more than 2 million sales so its fine. I'm sure vanilla (SF4) sold like hot cakes but Capcom has been milking that iteration of the series for more than 6 years now.

you know, IF IT IS an OLD IP, I think Shenmue has the most chance.

Sony have been quite receptive to Shenmue talk, with favorable tweets from Playstation, and Giscari (sp?)

Also I think Adam Boyles responded that Rome wasn't built in a day in reference to Shenmue when someone asked about it on Tiwitter.
