They said at their pax panel there would be a new redesign coming later this year and that a white layout was being rolled out with that. I think they'd mention it somewhere if they were pumping out a redesign now.

Sometimes the ER episodes take a while to full upload, especially if they are a biggun'.

And it probably was just an unforseen server meltdown, if it was anything they could control they'd have notified the users beforehand.

I wasn't either before watching the Endurance Run. I completely ignored the videos for the first 40-50 episodes but I watched one after they were talking about it during a bombcast and it completely sucked me in. I usually just listen while working and it really helped make the work day more enjoyable.
