I sort of wonder if it was intentional. Drew and Danny in any other segment runs the danger of either a) being too inside baseball and neglecting the other guests to hear about the exploits of old friends, or b) unfolding basically the way it did here, where they don't say much and let the other guests do their thing.

I thought Dan being there might bridge the gap, but he was pretty quiet.
