I'm counting this as a dab

Like it's the literal original dab.

I find it a bit amusing to see so many charmed by Phil Spencer.
The man is just good at getting his brands messages across in a charming "genuine" way, basically like a well spoken politician.
Like somebody else said earlier, he actually steered the conversation in a way he wanted at times. It's just since he's so good at it many don't notice and think he's just being so honest and open.

Phil might be really good at PR but at the same time Xbox keeps improving it's service while the PS4 is kinda in the exact same place as launch.

Sony has better internal studios but the support for the console and OS itself has been kinda weak. Also, they didn't show any indies on that stage so that was a bummer.

The PS4 OS has been better than the sluggish Xbone interface for the whole generation.

I don't know about performance since I don't own an Xbox but Microsoft seems to bring new features all the time and new services like backwards comp and gamepass while Sony has some cool cloud usages but that's kinda it. They brought PS2 games but it's a pitiful selection. It's a very bland system.

Maybe this is a "grass is greener on the other side" but Microsoft seems to be playing it less safe while Sony is being very conservative.
