There were more hype men for Brad. Eric Pope had a big hand in making that an awesome moment.

It really is. The first one was about red herrings and the concept of carrying items, this one is much more technical and your jumping skills need to be on point.

The thing with Griffin McElroy's level is that, by design, it was a different thing to the Dan/GB challenge levels. Hypercube wasn't made to be some test of Mario prowess. Before the first block had been placed, Griffin tweeted that he was going to use the 'Cube' movies as inspiration and that it was specifically made, top to bottom, to be a prison; an inescapable, confusing maze-prison, filled with carefully poisoned hopes and leading only to eventual despair.
