For premium streams or any really you just need to bring up your broswer's console (F12 on Windows in Firefox) and navigate to the Network tab. You'll be looking for the URL that has .m3u8 and all you need to do is plug that into MPC or VLC.

I can't find the url with Chrome. I right click on the page (I can't directly on the video player), I select "inspect", then I go to network, and then I can't find it. There's a bunch of entries that keep being added.

Wow, it won't even load on my phone, regardless of wifi or cellular source. This is a conspiracy to stop me from losing interest in the next 3D Mario.
