I agree that the shift is for the best. My feelings aren't too mixed on that point lol.

And I think protag is way less dweeby than Makoto. I forget Hajime's level of dweebiness but i feel like he was cool.

I just thought it was cool to have female protagonist that seems like a pretty cool character as well.

Guy ended being cool too though.

i think dr has bumped a bit up my list. still got to finish metroid and golf story with the occasional picross in there.

might wait on mario? Or might not. idk. i've still got to shove cook serve in there somewhere when chubs releases the next update

Andy Richter is retweeting Zoe Quinn and it boggles my mind that a guy I've watched on TV for years is at least familiar with if not up to date with gamergate.

I would say the ideal situation would be to have their personalities and ultimate abilities switched and then have Shuichi die. Then you get a female detective protag fakeout who is battling self confidence issues. Kaede as she was would have gotten on my nerves if she was around all game.

But personally female protags aren't a huge deal to me so I wasn't too bummed by the reveal. I mostly like that it happened at all.

And also while we are talking DRV3, fuck Himiko I hope she dies.

That Destiny raid really does seem like the most tedious thing ever.
I admire the GB staffs patience. I couldn't stand that shit.

If anyone can hit me up with Beastcast Destiny talk timestamps, it'll be better than mashing skip forward 30 seconds! Giant Bomb still the only podcast I listen to regularly without timestamps.

OK, seeing everything PR-related about Wolfenstein 2, it all seems to be about the first couple hours. Boat attack->New Orleans->New people->Milkshake Nazi. It's making me think there is going to be a wild diversion in the latter half of the game.
