Giant Bomb |OT32| I've been meaning to love a boat

Kirby, aw yiss.

Jeff and Brad seem positive towards Wardor. Its QL will be up Monday, 8am (their words).

From the stream, it looks really similar to the first in terms of gameplay loop. There's just... more. (e.g. Brad was like Level 30, and there's some level 340 stuff on the map. That's not a typo.)

Good to know, thanks for the info

My major problem with the first was a lack of "stuff" to do once you hit a certain point in the Nemesis System, so I'm glad to hear that won't be a problem this time around.

I would love to hear a conversation between Ben Pack Film studies class taker and "film major" Dan and see who has a better understanding of Film. I know who I'd place my money on.

Are you sure?

i'm still really sad they never brought back XCOM MECs for XCOM2. It's so fucking cool aesthetically.

Also you could get someone seriously wounded and then be like "Actually I'm going to hack off all your limbs and stuff you in a robot suit" and they'd be like "FUCK YES"

I mean Dan often feels like he holds his own in conversations with Alex? Just don't ask him to go too much into like...themes and stuff

D:OS 2 is so fucking good. I am excited that more people will be exposed to it. The game is a gem. Lots of different viable builds, great writing (so far anyhow, I hear the end kinda phones it in).

Play Divinity people! 600k people can't be wrong.

How easy is it to get lost? Because that's what made me immediately bounce off the first game.

Exploration is still a focus but at least in the first 20+ hours I have played the world is more well designed. You probably won't get lost but where exactly you are going isn't spelled out either.

Interesting, I'll have to look into it.

All the acclaim has me very curious, but as someone who needs a clearly defined quest log and proper waypoints, I wasn't sure if it was my sort of thing.
