Just watched Flight Club up to about 45 minutes during lunch here at work. Had to stifle laughter hardcore at the end there. That was amazing.

I love the GB crew to death, just getting harder to justify renewing my monthly sub when these ILMs come out that basically say there's nothing on the schedule for the week.

For all the talk every year of July/August being pretty dead as far as new releases go, I really wish they would better prepare for the drought and get some more unique content going. Free, premium, I don't care.

Dwarf and Flight Club alone is worth it.

Play dwarf fortress along with them!

Also it's not like there are NO GAMES.

All anyone on staff has to do is fire up Steam, look at the new releases, and pick something. Even a F2P game, of which there have been several over the past couple weeks.

There's also stuff coming out for console downloadable services on a weekly basis.

But they only play 360 games.

I hope Patrick is doing okay.

(Shootmania QL up if anyone cares. J&V at the helm.)

Shootmania looks very, very strange. Did not expect it to be this unconventional at all, though I guess I should have know considering the developer, but... I want to try this out. Nay, need.

Pretty much how I feel. There's always some games coming out and there's generally enough stuff they didn't cover before to go back to.

I love listening to old bombcasts now. It's great hearing them chat about things that have happened by now and seeing what they got right and wrong.
Shooting down rumours of a touch screen and OLED screen on the "PSP2". Ryan getting pissed off because Diablo 3 won't be out "until 2010" and Brad joking "Diablo 3: coming 2012".

On this subject, I listened to the 2009 GOTY podcast recently, and Vinny suggested that Dragon Age might usher in a revival of the Baldur's Gate type PC RPG, and that they would continuously get more and more complicated with each iteration. His heart was in the right place.

Eh? No, it'll be late. 'Early' would be a few hours ago. If they're recording now it'll be at least two more hours until recording is over, and probably another hour or two until it's been uploaded.

Still earlier than the past few weeks for me, when they've gone up just before midnight.

They normaly record them on monday or early tuesday and then Ryan mix it and release it at the end of the day... If they are going to the studio now then it definitly won't be early.

Ryan is actually really good at hosting things/talking nonstop to fill voids and I think the podcast always suffers without him, as cool as the other guys may be
