Funny, there's a thread here complaining about how mark of the ninja was horribly buried and never hyped. I never heard about it until GB mentioned it on an ILM.

It's not 100% accurate, but Gamasutra tries to figure monthly sales by leaderboard numbers.

I'd like to see how sales were before and after the latest ad dashboard. Content is buried on the new dashboard, but stuff like Minecraft obviously has no problem with awareness.

Yep they do! You have to pay for the shipping, it was $12ish USD to ship to me in Australia. It's not obscene like $30 or anything though, was quite pleased when I saw how much they were charging for shipping.
