I'm trying to remember what there is at that point in the game that would give you an idea, if there is any.

Man, a Giant Bomb MST3K-style live audio stream of the VGA's would be great...premium stream is go watch the VGA's![]()

they keep talking about the catalyst, which was a big arrrow that shepard was the one.
but no i dont hink there is any refreene to the star child
He doesn't know shit if he's at thessia.
he thinks shepard is the catalyst and is The One
lol,
Yeah, this is the only thing that makes sense to me.
It's funny because he's right before a cutscene that (ME3 ending spoilers)was supposed to have the VI on Thessia revealing that Javik was the Catalyst, and Javik was supposed to get kidnapped by Cerberus, not the VI - before they rewrote the game to make Javik DLC and turn the Citadel into the Catalyst... or, er, the AI that lives inside the Citadel.

Is brad doing the extended ending? Coulda sworn he said he was deliberately not but I didn't pay attention since

Doesn't matter. They're the exact same thing anyways lol

He sounded sufficiently teed off about it that I don't think he's going to change his mind. He specifically wants to see what the big deal was and good on him.Is brad doing the extended ending? Coulda sworn he said he was deliberately not but I didn't pay attention since
I believe he is, but that doesn't really change the major complaint.
what is the major complanit, i dont think i ever rape dmy head around why people ahted the orignal ending.
i thought it was too abrupt and explained jack all about waht ahppeneed or give any clousre to the series
Smartphone Syndrome, I think.um, are you ok

The way it went down, I was very pleased with the game but I was aware of the ending backlash. I was expecting to be a little disappointed but I also thought the backlash was probably way overblown the way things are on the internet when negativity feeds on itself.
I neared the end of the game, for most part I was still loving the game, warts and all. Then, at the end of the final mission,I mistakenly assumed a moment a few minutes before the absolute ending was the part everyone hated (The Illusive Man part). It was awkward and a little out of the blue but it wasn't a complete disaster. Then the elevator took me to the real ending and I simply could not believe what I was seeing. I was shocked and all I could think to do was immediately jump into the ending (hate) discussion thread, which I assumed I wasn't going to actually ever enter.

edit: should be good now
Spoiler tags, now.what part made you ...
what part made you in disbelief though.you needed to use the crucible to destroy(or control the reaper) was it the star child's half-assed explanation. or jus the fact it boiled down to choice a,b,c
Ok, first of all, interesting typo.
Secondly,
It's the total Deus Ex Machina that involves machines killing intelligent life so that life doesn't create machines that will kill intelligent life. It's the boiling down of all of your choices to three endings that are pretty much the same, except for its color.
No, remember that it has a delayed effect. Many people were ambivalent about it until they had time to think on what they had seen.
to change the subject is anyone watching the vga's from GB.
