They mentioned that in one of the Bombcasts, right? In the emails section, someone asked if they were going to play P4G and mentioned the band. Pretty sure Jeff and Vinny's response was basically "that can't be true."

I watched a couple of videos of P4G and when I heard Chie I was like "Nope, that's not Chie. At all." Voice is too high and squeaky.

It grows on you. She gets much better as the game progresses. I think the actress was still trying to get a feel for the character.

Just finished watching the Ni No Kuni QL and it seems so weird to me that Brad and Vinny seem to fear the time the game will take so disproportionately compared to their general lack of vocal apprehension to that issue with other longer games. 60 hours is certainly a long game but as long as they aren't reviewing it they can play it at their own pace, they both play other games that take 30+ hours to beat like: Skyrim, Mass Effect, Fallout, Witcher(Vinny only on this one I know), Fable, and so on. Yet you never really hear them talk about the time those games might take as being something that would prevent them from playing the game. Maybe it has to do with the structure of a JRPG, but seems like deciding to commit to playing it wouldn't be such an apprehensive event if you honestly think the game looks great and you aren't given a deadline. In any case it's cool to hear that Brad intends to finish(hope Vinny does as well) the game, I hope he doesn't hesitate to update his feelings on the game via future podcasts.

Yeah it's really impressive. I don't think I've ever freaked out about menus as much as this.

Most likely more faux-outrage about the Dead Island Riptide torso statue, which at this point is pretty late to the party, not to mention a pretty silly thing to get upset about.

Agreed. It is a good thing to take one's time to do things properly and not release stuff during a flurry of fury. The worst thing about the Internet is "FIRST" and "EXCLUSIVE" garbage. The best thing about Patrick is when he takes his time, and when he doesn't, we get that Mass Effect 3 reaction story....
Anyway, it is worth pointing out that they have to offshoot any reaction because there are no female employees at GB, or in many high ranking or high profile positions at other websites. Same goes for minorities. And same goes for in the development of video games themselves.

After Brad went on about accepting DmC's story because of "just how crazy it was" I hope they at least watch DMC3's intro.
